Let me tell you man. As someone who grew up with Digimon. seeing this iteration of the digital world was kind of sad.
I know! I think the point was for us to realize how destroyed it was because of several facytors and this track helped emphasize that.
Even though this song is epic, I just can't help but cry. I guess because this song makes me realize just how much I love Cyber Sleuth.

Play the original game on PS4 before. After the complete edition is released on PC, I decided to re-play it again. I thought it was good and I was ready for the extra bosses battle. Then I quitted, the extra bosses were heavily nerfed to the ground, my mood and nostalgia are completely dead. It sucks. At least I can replay PS4 version.
This is something uplifting, nostalgic, and sad about it. It's beautiful.
For me is realizing how fucked the Digital World was, and soon the real.
This song is perfect for the end area of this game. I know it sounds crazy but you can just feel all the emotion from the characters in this one song.

This track really conveys the feeling of happiness of visiting a new world, and the sadness of seeing it in a state of chaos.
Probably my favorite track in the game!

Fun Fact: thats canonically the administrator A.I from the Digital World on the core franchise (the V-pets). And its makes sense since this game has the Royal Knights as a center piece of the story.

Wonderful song to a wonderful game which let me feel like a child again for like 200 hours. Really enjoyed it.

Despite being new, this game somehow managed to hit me right in the nostalgia.
I can't remember last time I had that distinct feeling of beating a really great game you sunk a lot of time into and regretted none of it.
If I had to choose between Eater EDEN or this, I'd choose this in a heartbeat. What a ride the Complete Edition was. I preferred Hacker's Memory over Cyber Sleuth for many reasons, but the ost in the Digital World will always beat the one in Eater EDEN.

@@SpritePony I have played Cyber Sleuth first game. Not Hacker's Memory. Hacker's Memory came out in 2019.
7 years old is the first Cyber Sleuth game which I did play.
This comment section is only of the Cyber Sleuth soundtrack which does happen to share it with Hacker's Memory. It's not my fault.

Idk why i love this song so much maybe because i grew up with the 1st digimon and it holds a special place in my heart, so wheni arrived to this stage i instantly thought of the digimon show i grew up with and seeing it taken over got me so emotional.

(I can't deny Pokemon hasn't made attempts at that, but they lack that certain something.)
They had all of that growth and more with BW/BW2 but they just couldn't appreciate it at the time.
Nowadays Pokémon is just horrible, right after X/Y it all came to a bitter end at least for me though but hey, they are the bestselling franchise yet so..... I just don't understand.
Such a beautiful song, considering the area it plays in.
I'm so glad that more people will give this game a chance now that it's on pc and switch
Played both Cyber Sleuth and Hacker's Memory.
I just finish this game and it is a great videogame. The story, characters, everything is fabulous. And the OST is magical.
This game has its flaws but it gained my heart
most the flaws are very minor or to be expected of a game that began as a portable game, but the most jarring and major flaw has to have been the inconsistent translation quality here and there.
Which is a problem I saw with a lot of games from japan around that time for some reason, as Berseria had the same problem near the end of the game, though with it it wasnt as big of an issue since there were english voices and thus even if there was bad subtitles the actors themselves were saying things correctly.
Being that there is only the japanese voices for cyberslueth, one can only rely on the subtitles, which while often fine for major things, would still have hiccups even then.
Biggest instance of this problem were when a single sentence was treated as 3 different responses, or when characters contradicted themselves, the times when Arata would call Eaters Bakemon, or the times where instead of using ambiguous pronouns they would just flip male and female seemingly at random for both gender choices, instead of having it change to fit the character you chose (namely in the punished digimon DLC quest, where only female pronouns were used to refer to your character even if you chose a male).

i love everything, especially the characters and soundtracks...
man i wish this game gets another side story, like hacker's memory / a sequel, and more digimons as well! such X antibodies ...
I loved Linkz because of how many X-antibody digimon there were so I was kinda disappointed when I realized they weren't added here so I hope we get some on the next game.

@@andremalefic I loathed MM but I loved BlackWargreymon X, he replaced MetalGarurumon as my favorite X-antibody digimon.
PS: Yeah, it was bad enough when Linkz shut down and then realize came to be much worse but the apologists are probably the worst part.

My BlackX carried me through arena, in fact I think I came really close to unlock the 10 chip slots on him.
I'm not sure but I think my team was Rosemon BM (Major SpAtk LS), Black X and Omegamon.
There were some other digimon i used at different points but I remember those the most. I gave up on resist training my Omegamon when I got nature resist and that prooved to be a really good desicion actually, a lot of teams with good nature attackers (mostly physically defensive) did quit on me because they expected the usual dark resist. Then Crania X became more common so my special Omega became an important part of my team.

A lot of this game's overall narrative reminded me very much of Persona 3. And to be honest... That's a good thing.

The one that makes me aad was the fact that this game was gonna be end with its stories, yet the music seems enjoyable. And its just like they (the devs) were realized it.
At the end of the day, its just a game.
Anyway, it feels like a gane should be anjiyable altho it was during the dire time of meeting unknown enemy after Yggdrassil.
And it made me a bit emotional. 😢

Lol I haven't played any of them but I came from a video of a Magikarp dragon raging 5 mega Arceus. This soundtrack is legendary tho.
Preach it louder for everyone in the back! I chose Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition over SwSh, and I don't regret it one bit.
I'm thankful that game freak made such a crappy game, or I never would have tried Digimon. It's so much better! :o GF stopped trying after the Black & White series, but you can feel the effort that went into Cyber Sleuth

I'll be honest, I found most of the game's soundtrack kinda lacking. But this is definitely the best song in the whole soundtrack, they saved the best for the final area. It's so good that it doesn't even get overwritten in battles
