Harrods and Selfridges have a bigger/betterselection of RTW than the department stores(Bergdorf, Nordstrom, and Saks) in New York. London and Paris shopping is the Better than New York or Los Angeles shopping.

Maybe if you put the ISeeU strap on the shortest setting you can use it as a belt bag as well?
