Andy Gibb, the youngest brother was born in Manchester, United Kingdom, but when he was 6 months old, the family emigrated to Queensland settling on Cribb Island just north of Brisbane. They moved several times between Brisbane and Sydney, as their father found work. He was a drummer in a band. Barry Gibb (lead) September 1, 1946. He and his wife Linda have been married for 54 years. They have 4 sons and one daughter who is the youngest. Also, 7 grandchildren. Robin (our left - long hair) and Maurice (pronounced Morris - on our right - short hair) were fraternal twins. Maurice Gibb (December 22, 1949 - January 12, 2003) heart attack, while getting surgery for twisted intestines. Survived by his wife and 2 adult children. Robin Gibb (December 22, 1949 - May 20, 2012) doctors found out he had the same intestine problems as Maurice. When they went in to fix it, they found cancer.
