Is there any solution for this? If I play the video when editing everything is ok, but If I click in any part of the video, the video and the recorded audio get out of sync :(
Thanks for the info, but where is the “performance” or “details” menu? When I click on my videos those options do not come up for me. My video is badly out of sync, and I need to get it fixed quick😩
Thank you! I fixed it, but I had to re edit my video all over again. I was using CapCut on the web browser and I could not sync my work from the browser to the desktop app! But thank you soooo much. The desktop app is much better, and when I re edited my video and followed your steps the syncing issue was fixed. This video should be viral because Cap Cut is stressing creators😂🫶🏽

Have you tried this fix on this youtube video? Also export the video and see is if it's out of sync too

The fix I recommended works on Capcut PC, is that what you are using?
