As someone who got their wisdom teeth pulled out then yes that more then likely means they will have to pull that tooth out. You will also be going under anesthesia as well :)
hey it seems that phoenix has had an actual impacted wisdom tooth and had local but i had a impacted tooth as well thought it wasn’t a wisdom tooth i had to go to a surgeon to put me out then extract the tooth since an impacted tooth means it did not grow in the direction it was supposed to and remained underneath your gums
