The Story of an Island

  • Last winter an unexpected invitation led freediver and spearfisher Kimi Werner to Isla Robinson Crusoe, a remote outpost 400 miles off the Chilean coast. Sharing experiences with new friends both in and out of the water, Kimi was welcomed into a resilient community still recovering from the devastating tsunami of 2010. The island’s residents are learning that connecting with nature means connecting with each other-and that’s often the best way to get back on our feet again.

Aww, geez. Don't eat octopus. They're smarter than most humans. Eat a dumb fish instead, or if you absolutely have to eat something with suction cups, choose squid. Poor li'l octopus. They only get a couple of years, let em have them.

Fish is our friend, why need to kill it ? If only you are dying from hunger, then you can sacrifice it, to survive and continue human species...
