      IS IT possible that you blocked me for some reason?
      I find your videos (especially weight loss related) so helpful.

    Thank you for doing this video. I think people often do not realize that weight management is a life time activity. Sometimes you are up and sometimes you are down. It is constantly adjusting here and there to find that balance. This balance shifts with age and what works at 20 will not work at 50.

    Hi Natasha,thank you for sharing. You look wonderful, healthy, happy and content. So grateful you did this video I started WW back in 2018, it was the Blue Plan, which I think was the plan you were on. I was 65 yrs old at the time, 5' 2" tall and 205 pounds. I lost 75 pounds in 9 months and now weigh 130 pounds. I keep my profile picture at my highest weight of 205 pounds, to remind me how I FELT physically , not the way I looked. I live in NYC, so I walk everywhere and at 205 pounds, it was hard, plus I didn't feel good physically, carrying all that weight. I agree with you, WW taught me portion control, I didn't deny myself foods I love, just learned to prepare food in a healthier way and the portion control was key. I was blessed that my WW Coach was also Oprah 's Coach, she really taught us that portion control was key and not to deprive ourselves of our favorite foods and desserts, that we could have them in moderation . I've kept the weight off, I stay between 130 to 134 lbs. I also do not point foods anymore or track. I never exercised either, just walk everywhere in NYC. I see you posting lunches, dinners and desserts on IG and was happy to see you eating the foods you love, burgers, fries, dessert, a drink, when you're eating out with co workers or friends. It's important to know , that you can have all those foods in moderation and portion control is key. Any food plan that promotes food deprivation, will not be sustainable in my opinion. I'm a firm believer that our bodies have a weight that it is naturally happy at. I hope both of our stories help anyone striving to obtain a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally. Obviously, the age difference between the 2 of us his huge, but our stories are proof that portion control works at any age. It's kind of like Intuitive eating, portion control and to stop eating when you're full. Congrats on being in a good place, feeling good both mentally and physically. Your " what I eat in a day " videos were great and I encourage everyone to watch them. Wishing you and your Family all the best and thank you for sharing your journey over the last 5 years. ❤

    Natasha thank you so much for being so raw, honest and open as you always are - it is so inspiring. I followed your videos back in 2018 and watched all of your WW what I eat in a day vlogs. 6 years and a pandemic later I’ve come back to starting again on my weight loss journey and the first thing I did was try to find your past videos.     Thanks for this, I have always appreciated that you've always promoted personal agency when it comes to weight, there's so much noise out there and so much pressure, but bottom line is how a person feels about themselves. Also it's true that beauty comes from the inside, which is why you're beautiful at any weight. Anyone who has followed you for a while knows that. 😊

    Hey Natasha I totally missed this video, just caught up now.
    Thank you so much for doing this video, open, honest, raw. You are a beautiful lady and you do what makes you feel good and happy. I always think you look good. I have watched you for years and years. you have always been so inspirational and I thank you for that. You have got me through so really hard points in my journey. And I am internally grateful
    I used ww for years, I would agree the community was very toxic at one point. Ww lost me when they took away the personal touches and the pandemic kicked in but I went to group. I know you didn’t. But the APP is a good tool and has helped us along the way.
    I missed your ‘what I eat in a day’ or week but know life takes over and it’s ever evolving. Much love ❤️ xx

    Thanks for this vid, I used to love your what I eat in a day videos and I used them to inspire me on my own weight loss journey. Glad you’ve found your fit, it looks different on us all. My struggle is the mental battle on a night when I know I’m not hungry but still end up scavenging the kitchen. Do you ever get like that or with your hyper focus you just ignore those cravings? X

      If I’m being 100% transparent with you, which I always like to do, I don’t really give in to the cravings, especially at night. I’m not one to go and raid the kitchen and I don’t snack very often.
      However, that does not mean if there is a little bar of dairy milk caramel on the side. I won’t have a cube or two, but I find it easy to leave it at that. I’ve got very good self-discipline.
      I have such empathy for people that steugfle with that, it becomes so hard. Sending you all the love and luck in the world. 🫶🏽

    You look great Natasha and your weight is your business. I really enjoyed what you eat in a day and loved your recipes which were always simple and accessible. I have maintained my weight for years but I need to go to a slimming club to be accountable. It’s what works for the individual. We all have issues with food but we have to know how to handle it. You have definitely cracked it and I love your attitude.

      Thank you so much. You’re right, weight is such a tricky/sensitive subject that looks different for everybody and I'm acutely aware that my journey is completely different to someone else’s.
      I think it’s all about just finding balance on what works for oneself 🫶🏽

    Hi Natasha I started weight watchers in july but am seeing slow progress. Was wondering if I should scale back on weeklies and sugar. I could not find a video about this hear, but wondered from you what I eat in a day if you saved your sweets for the weekend and ate your daily points most days? I get 23 dailys and 28 weeklies. I am feeliing like my losing is noy going anywhere as of the last 2 weeks. Any tips that may help. Also did you avoid any foods? Thanks 😃

    So glad you done this video. I feel exactly the same about my weight loss journey. I fluctuate from 8.3-10.3. At the moment I am trying to lose weight again on ww. I go back for ideas on your old, what I eat in a day videos. Do you still eat the same kind of evening meals? X

    Hi Natasha, I have both Nutracheck and the WW app, which do you think in your opinion would be the better one to use? Like you, I don’t use the communities.

      I really think it depends.
      I have both, and I find myself using NC so much more to check specific calories as I’m not pointing; however, as I said, I’m a video, and I cannot bring myself to delete it because WW is a place where I track my weight. It’s straightforward to do so and also to get recipes. 🫶🏽

    Hi Natasha thank you for posting. I totally get it ...Its about how you feel..I've gone up from 7 stone to 9 stone it crept on gradually on I just don't feel me..I still use weight watchers occasionally but can't bring myself to cancel it..
    Oh my yes please what I eat in a day would be brilliant. Always enjoyed watching your What I eat and just you in general feel I can relate to you..Sending hugs..You look great and glad you feel it as well xx❤

    Thanks for sharing and you do look great. I would love the what I eat in a day again. They would be so helpful because now you're working outside of your home and so they the videos would be very inspirational since when you work outside of your home you kind of have to plan really good or be really good at flying by the seat of your pants.

    I think we have all seen your hyper focus in play with your weight loss. I am happy if you are happy with how you are feeling! Weight is personal and such a mental battle that I feel it takes so much longer to conquer the mental than it does the food control. Would love WIE to come back. I don't care if you give points or not I find your food and cooking more interesting. Plus the fam and cats of course!

    In the U.S. if someone wants to cancel the WW app, they must log into the website and cancel. Perhaps that's the same in the U.K.? Like always love any content you put out!

    Loved this and I totally understand you know how you feel and do what makes you happy. Just wondering if you counted calories on an app or you just have portion size and roughly worked out calories. Would love what you eat in a day. X

      I just kind of new, plus there is a really good app called Nutra Check, where you can check the calories in common foods and also supermarket brands and most fast food places, it’s good as a guide. I believe you can track on there too and it’s SO much cheaper than WW x

      I have nutracheck and I love how everything is picture format and good for putting recipies in and taking photos of your food for quick finding. I don’t count salad though I estimate salad as tedious weighing this. I just wrote in my own notebook what I eat. I think portion size is a good way of eating for life as you then know what is too much. Well done lovely lady and so glad you are back doing videos when you can I have followed you for years .

    I just wish I could drop weight just like you on portion control and calorie deficit, when I do that it seems like my body is just retaining and holding to anything and I'm actually putting on :/
