Thank you BBBYpsi. The bracket is made of high-quality, marine-grade aluminum (aluminum 6061) with stainless steel screws and pin. It is adjustable, ultralight (4 lb), and maintenance free. The 9-ft umbrella is made of aluminum (pole and ribs) and polyester 160g. It is light (13 lb) and compact (4 1/2 feet when closed). This is a really great, high quality product that really works, but I had some issues with using it on the water. I installed the mount on my transom, but had some problems deploying it at the lake. First of all, you need to grease the sliding aluminum surfaces, if you want to be able to adjust the umbrella while installed. Just too much friction to swing the umbrella out and back again without it binding up the locking pin. Also, the hand screw adjustment for the tension between the plates will jam up if you have a side load (such as from a cross wind), and it can't be adjusted to give smooth swing out movement without being too loose (and might fall out) or too tight to unloosen by hand, so I replaced the adjuster with a stainless bolt and nylon locking nut, so I could get just the right amount of friction between the two sliding plates, without being too loose or too tight. The other thing is that the transom mount is designed to be adjustable side-to-side, which is great, but I could not get it to stay in position when a cross wind hit the boat, it kept rotating. To fix this, I drilled a third hole in the mount, and added a locking bolt.
Great idea. Looks to be real good quality also.

Just placed an order- Can't wait! (Do the girls come with it too?) :)
They come with a lifetime agreement. I do not recommend it.😉
