I knew this build was scuffed and dead the moment I saw the "ice armor cooldown reduction" taken. Like bro, it doesn't even work when you have 0 abilities that spend mana. It's a PTR build - forget it ever existed, move on.
@@KelfkaGaming im working on collecting the items now. Master worked +15 oculus will give u so many ranks if only it hits. Im gonna go with defensive chest as its probably better overall. It seems so far the stronger version of this is to use the evade damage from the frosty strides on the amulet & no oculus - man the oculus would be 10x better if they just removed the "random location" from the evade TP. Im gonna test it as well once I get enough pieces. I wish raimant would work with it but you'd lose too many ranks for flameshield and TP lol :\ do you know what level pits he can do in 2-4 min?

The problem with this build seems to be dmg reduction when? You are going to tele in the middle of a pack and be insta dead by the looks of it unless you don't get hit at all and one shot everyone.
Most of the damage reduction comes from making enemies vulnerable through either lightning spear via unstable Currents or frost nova. The paragon board offers alot of Dr through vuln and barrier as well. Hope that helps!
Because of the passive, you get a barrier every time you teleport. And with such high cooldown reduction, you also have ice armor and flame shield pretty much all the time. And if you have Harlequin's Crest, that gives flat damage reduction too.
@@KelfkaGaming That is true, I am having a hard time hitting end game with it. It could just be because I don’t fully 100% understand the build gameplay rotation, I have all the stats and gear for the boss killer build except the offhand focus. I also have all the proper temperings. With the dmg when I launch an attack with teleport, I am hitting 200,000ish, I am lvl 90.
Being level 90 means you've got a ways to go still, try swapping to overflowing currents in the meantime to speed things up a bit and leveling paragon glyphs all the way if you haven't already.
You are probably just missing the targetted upgrading from masterworking, that was what turned my damage from 1 mil to 20 mil on teleports impact. That's the hardest part!
Super cool build idea and cant wait to try it out! Just wanted to point out that there is no frost damage in the build. Frost bolt enchant only applies chill, it does not damage. Same issue with frost nova. So you won't get the cold damage portion of tal rasha unless you sort that out. Icy touch would also be wasted without dealing cold damage. Maybe I'm just missing something and I'm totally wrong but wanted to point it out just in case.
Hello sorry I didn’t explain this the frost bolt enchantment is not supposed to be there. It wasn’t working correctly on Max roll it is supposed to be ice shards!
I watched both an hour ago, I didn't hear that but still. They would have to change the effect of metamorphesis dealing physical damage when evading through enemies, as well as the lucky hit chance increasing to 100% while in bat form, which I dont see them doing. Even still, the main damage is coming from teleport that is also on the skill bar though, so Im not concerned.

This works with oculus but you need to use teleport enchantment!

It was possible, and turned out to be a necessity halfway through the season.
Trying to build this, it’s extremely costly with pit materials to hit high roll on the teleport dmg max ish
It’s not easy, that’s why they need to allow you to go back 4 ranks on reset not the whole item

Ohhhh, yeah, frosty strides looks fun as well. I wanted to use it in this build but the health condition wasn't favorable over metamorphesis.
