That's bad advice in my opinion. Doubt they are going to do another event for a guaranteed champ that would require soulstones considering the deck of fate already requires it.
It's Plarium. They always drain your resources before releasing am event that requires the resources you burned. Wouldn't be surprised if we need soulstones for the Queen. It's also very likely that there will be another summoning pool for Queen, but anything is possible.
This Deck of Fate is for Tea Party points. The Cat's Gaze relic alone is worth it.
