not really true. when my ex girlfriend was pregnant i really wanted a girl and i got one. ex girlfriend died during child birth (we'd already broken up) and i chose to bring her up. she's almost 4 now and she's the best thing that's ever happened in my life she really is daddys princess :) but if i ever have another kid i'd love a boy at some point

My husband and I got married in 2013 when we were 19. We are now 29 and our daughter (our only child) will be two in November. For a long time we weren’t sure if it would ever happen but it did. Such a beautifully genuine reaction 😍 I didn't mind either way either for gender myself but girls are rare in the family so it was such a lovely surprise when I found out I was having a girl. She's now 13 weeks old and such a blessing honestly. Took us over 3 years to conceive so she is very loved and treasured. She was due June 14th but was born May 26th and my mam passed away on the 27th of May 2013. Almost feels like my mam gifted her to me. I'm so excited to follow your journey 💗

Talking about getting the gender wrong - My friend was pregnant with twins and the harmony test came back saying 'Two Boys".. So they did the gender reveals to all of their families and started shopping etc... But later in the pregnancy, they found out that there was one boy and one girl... Of course, all exciting things but imagine how crazy mentally it would to found out like that OR even after the birth. 💖
