Each one with different circumstances, but each one taking a different route. He is more introverted, stand-offish, doesn’t like to be touched, has a tuff time being around people (or groups). And she is more out-going, doesn’t know the meaning of the word no. And what I mean by that is some will tell her “no” but she still does it any way, she hasn’t the knowledge of consequences for her actions. Not in the way that those consequences will hurt someone else, she’s only felt them herself. To her thinking is “what will they do to her, lock her up. Ya, well been there and done”.
These two have circumstances that are practically the same but grew into two different ways, and now they are like two jigsaw puzzles with missing pieces, hopefully now that they are together the the puzzle will be complete. And we get to see the fun ways the puzzle will come together.😉🤣

Never expected the sisters to be able to physically write on their skin to transfer messages. I think I understand, since Qingkui and Yetan were the twin flowers of purity/impurity, it means both of them have the powers of it. Since Yetan is born as the impurity flower, of course she can't handle the immortal air she consumed and Qingkui also couldn't handle the wine in the Void Realm due to her being born as the purity flower.
