I fished lot with a flyrod and a streams in Central Texas very small frog top water bait. There is nothing better for all types of sunfish or bass when they hit that bait on top.

All day lol. I think it was around 3 or 4 when I said that. One of my favorite times to throw a topwater is 12-4. You get really good shade lines and it positions the fish better
