I went from Blue to White in my home office and I LOVE it. I didn’t put anything on the walls either. Everything is textural on the daybed behind me. Turns our I just need a lot of light, light reflected and zero things on the walls to completely concentrate. I can look out the window if I need a visual break.
Please do a review of the best earthy pink/blush tones out there...I'm currently debating Coastal Cottage and Odessa Pink for guest bedroom and home office respectively. Thank you! :)
Ome of my favorite colors right now is Behr Blueprint S470-5. Such an amazing blend of blue/green that could be used just about anywhere. Check it out when u get the chance! 👍

Hi Harshdeep. Honestly, light colors will open up the space but that doesn't mean no color. Painting the ceiling white as well can create the illusion of a larger space. It's about how you want to feel. If it's the same color for both bedroom and office, then i like green, because it has that balance of yellows for work and blue for chill that I talked about. Something like Sherwin Williams Liveable Green, or Benjamin Moore's Hancock Green or Silken Pine might be fun. October Mist is also popular if you do want to go darker.

Green can be fatiguing! I did CC 640 BM's Blue Grass in my condo once and it was both beautiful and a bit energizing, when I wanted to relax!!
