My squirrel Spotty had her babies. I finally saw her today after several days, very tired. Gave her some fresh water and she just laid on the tree while I held the bowl. It was a precious moment. For a wild animal to give you such trust is a life changing experience

Cutie is really learning to trust you. It’s so sweet. I love how she traded nuts! Thank you for sharing your precious squirrels with us. My two are still coming back every day and now I have a third. He has a bad sore on his neck. I’m worried about him. 😢
One of our squirrels Cyril was almost ripped to shreds by something, his injuries were terrifying, but he very quickly made a complete, full recovery, a year later he’s still going strong…..I’m sure your squirrel will be well again soon, I’ve got everything crossed for him….good luck xx

Lilly & Cutie really are getting comfortable trusting you & your strange mountain cave… They’ll be splooting on your sofa arms with their own bowls of nuts & watching you feed the others from the inside in no time! It’s also good to see Pierce again too, after you mentioned he might have been deposed as Alpha. He still seems pretty happy, chilled & healthy, even if he’s not king of the sill anymore 👍🏻
