    OMG! Take out the dancing part. That's how my grandfather taught me to fight. Kind of a Capoeira, Boxing with open hands. There were also take downs. Specially with the under hook. And a lot of emphasis on machete, rapier sort of fighting style, stick and knife fighting. I'm impressed. What's the name of that? we call the horse skill (the exchange part). The take downs we call the dog skill. And the weapons part we call the hummingbird warrior.

      @@Abaramotorai It's called danmyé or ladja. It's a west indian martial art (from Martinique here but other islands have their own martial art) and it was created in the same context as capoeira (by african slaves) hence the resemblance. Its roots come from different african martial arts like dembé or senegalese wrestling. There's also stick fighting, but it's more common on islands like Trinidad than it is in Martinique
