This week, the villain has been manipulating Belle into turning against the Dingles for getting involved in their plans to have a baby
Tom's anger reached boiling point in last night's hour-long episode, with him brutally punching Belle in the stomach after she reminded him of the ways he'd been controlling and intimidating towards her
Tonight's episode saw Tom return home and apologise to Belle for hurting her. I honestly don't know why I did it, I would never, ever hurt you, he said: You were making out I was some kind of monster

Emmerdale (known as Emmerdale Farm until 1989) is a British television soap opera that is broadcast on ITV. The show is set in Emmerdale (known as Beckindale until 1994), a fictional village in the Yorkshire Dales. Created by Kevin Laffan, Emmerdale Farm was first broadcast on 16 October 1972. Interior scenes have been filmed at the Leeds Studios since its inception. Exterior scenes were first filmed in Arncliffe in Littondale, and the series may have taken its name from Amerdale, an ancient name of Littondale. Exterior scenes were later shot at Esholt, but are now shot at a purpose-built set on the Harewood estate.

It's been SO scary , worrying & upsetting watching poor Belle going through all this.
I have watched Emmerdale for YEARS, since it was Emmerdale Farm, so have watched Belle grow up since she very first appeared on 25th December 1998, so feel SO protective towards her.
Eden Taylor-Draper is a PHENOMENAL actress, & she is playing this part TREMENDOUSLY.
WELL DONE to both Eden & James Chase , who plays her nasty husband Tom King.
Also been loving Chas' storyline with the mastectomy story. My best friend went through the same & it was SO hard for her, so seeing Chas , played by the fabulous Lucy Pargeter , go through the struggle bring back memories. She has played the storyline amazingly too. I am missing her so much already, and hope she is back from seeing Debbie in Scotland SOON.
