This would be where I hope that, the next time Destiny used, the staff would make a new arrangement for its 3rd OP, "Bokutachi no Yukue," but considering what they did for Tomorrow from Full Metal Panic, I bet they'd just reuse the ACE: R version.

I hate to say this but if Seed ever comes back to SRW, I would've immediately put this and Believe as Custom BGMs for the Seed cast. I'm surprised they didn't add Moment because we would of have all the OPs for Seed remixed but since it's probably not battle theme and it's probably almost the end of Seed's story in this game, I guess it's understandable.

It's surprising they made a new mix instead of reusing the one from Alpha 3 but considering how old the mix was, it's understandable.
In general, they don't reuse non-OG BGM from games before Z2, unless they come from XO, NEO, or Operation Extend.
