From all Soviet tanks i always hated playing with T-44. Back in old days when T-44 could penetrate Tiger II H only from absolutely closest distance (you were literally hugging that tank) and only half of APCRs got through. Tiger II is 6.7 and T-44 is 6.3 but T-44 had nearly no chance in defeating it. When i researched T-44-100 that was far better in destroying Tiger II to front turret plate on long distances.
Absolutely love your videos in The Shooting Range! But here's my question: For people just starting to play War Thunder (like myself), what are the best vehicles to start with to get comfortable with the gameplay?

another tip I can give you is to watch their.... Climbing the ranks with (specific nation). they tell you about some of the vehicles in the tech trees. You might find some nice stuff that you like, wich makes your choice a bit easier
One thing I really wish for is if you are squading with someone in arcade or realistic air battles and you are both flying bombers, a great feature to add would be when you bomber goes down, the other could choose to inhabit their gunners. Maybe get like 30% of the lions for a kill but the kill goes to the pilot of the bomber on the scoreboard. It would allow you to instead of just passively watching the battle in spectator waiting for your buddy to finish the mission or get shot down for ten to fifteen minutes if you get a stroke of bad luck to do something other than wait. Also solves ai gunner for bombers. Food for thought. It would make bombing and engaging bombers much more interesting. I hope War Thunder reads this...
I've got a challenge for you: in the map Frozen Pass, successfully bomb the tunnel capture point with a fly through as fast as possible, followed by a immediate breakaway to the west to avoid AA at either of the ground forces spawn points.
If in the future, aircraft that historically came with thrust reversers would to be added, would we see a feature where they would kick in while braking during landing? The Swedish Viggen is one example of a jet fighter featuring thrust reversal.
The T44 should be 5.7, yet it's at 6.3 with a gun that barely pens any tank at 6.3 and higher. It's as good, if not worse than a Panther A which is at 5.7, solely for the gun. The only things better about the T44 is the armor and mobility, but that aint saying much as your going against Heatfs and apds which renders your armor useless, and the mobility will only get you so far before a sniper takes you out. At 6.3, the T44 relies on being down tiered or at its tier, and if it's at its tier, then it can perform somewhat fine depending on the enemy team makeup. You can do very well in it dont get me wrong, but that is almost only during downtiers because uptiers means you cant pen that many vehicles from the front.

Once in Berlin behind the Reichstag I was in an IS-2 and unbeknownst to me, an M18 flanked, they shot my turret. It took out my gunner. I moved out of my spot, which was the awning type area, let’s just say the M18 went kaboom

Hey have you considered reworking the weather mechanic for aerial vehicles. Specifically rain, I know we don’t get it much in Air RB but on a Tank RB map we get it a fair amount. I’m just asking if we get get a more visually appealing look of rain on the cockpit of our planes.
Please add scouting and artillery to aircraft that are designed for scouting, the Kingfisher and PBY for example. There are, of course, others in the various tech trees.

Have you considered making/are you working on a better scenario for vehicle testing. Right now the testing map for helicopters is extremely boring with very few targets and none of the moving. The map for planes is also meh, perhaps add some more planes to fight/race and a few more tanks to shoot. Perhaps you could make the map joined for three of the four classes (heli,plane,tanks)
Suggestion for metal beasts : Begleitpanzer 57 , great mobility, up to 70 kph in RB. Autocannon with self destroying HE , APHEBC and APCBC + acces to second generation ATGMs.
I have a question for the hotline, can we have aircraft carriers, where one person in the squad is an aircraft carrier, and you can have 4-5 other people in the squad that can take off and land on you for naval battles, please, but have it be like the bombers in air rb, but except for 4, its only 1-2 per team, also, when are we getting real battleships, like the Bismarck, and USS Montana and North Carolina, and The Hood, and maybe the Yamato, etc
Question: based on how big the tech trees are getting, the time for new players to experience the upper tiers are becoming tedious, wouldn't it make more sense to separate the trees in some way to allow new players to experience modern vehicles earlier and choose what they want to play more?

We need the A-4 Skyhawk. It doesn't make sense that the F-4 Phantom came to the game first. The A-4 Skyhawk was made in the 1950's. There should be a Premium A-4 at least.

What do the commander optics do, do they have an effect if they’re broken in sim or another game mode?
Optics in the game have absolutely no use in the game. Broke or not, they do nothing.
