He does both" this was the dialogue of K.G.F. Chapter 1 teaser. This is the actual description of Rocky's character. Point No.1 that is "He destroys fear" which is valid in chapter 1. Point No.2 that is "He creates fear" which is valid in chapter 2. So from this description, we can clearly derive that he is a villain and not a hero.
In the beginning of chapter 2, it clearly mentions that he wanted to rule over K.G.F. that's why he helped the people inside the mine and beheaded garuda in front of everyone in chapter 1 to win the heart of the people inside the mine because by doing that people will have faith in him and will always stand by his side. Whatever he did in chapter 1 was for his selfish needs which was made clear in chapter 1 itself.
Don't compare rrr with kgf 2 , both are different subjects And don't expect equal collection par to rrr It's impossible Major collections are from Telugu states and usa
RRR is a visual treat, but KGF , in spite of having that dark world visual affect, is more around an underdog taking on the whole world. Similar to and the reason why Puspha also did well. KGF is a a mixture of RRR visual affects and Pushpa style - single hero rising up type movie.

Here is a sad part, doesn't matter in what language you watch this, someone's voice will always be dubbed. If you watch in Hindi you would've to listen to kannada actor's dubbed and if you watch in Kannada the hindi speaking actors would be dubbed to kannada. Character of Rocky is actually the represention of real time you, me and everyone else in this world. I, you and everyone else in the world are heroes in somebody's eyes as well as we will also remain as a villain in somebody else's eyes. We are never perfect in real life as we don't be like the hypothetical movie heroes in our own life. Therefore Rocky is not a typical hypothetical movie hero, who is always good, he has his own positive and negative character traits just like us.
