Hey Brother Brendon and Sister Sora! Ok, I am going to give you my honest opinion. I actually own a one bedroom Coop/ Condo here in Queens, New York. Now the places you looked at were all very small and didn't flow well from room to room. I am in agreement with Brendon that the last house was best. I thought it flowed better than the others and was a lot more functional for you two I thought. The rooms were a nice size with shoes space and the lighting was nice. I'd go with that one if it were up to me which of course it's not. I hope you find the right crib as we say for houses in N.Y.C. Blessings my friends.

House 3 is the best out of all you showed. It has studio, big shower, big living room, big master bedroom. kitchen and balcony joint. And lets not forget makeup space. i would buy it in a heartbeat.
The waitress told you that particular meat was sold out. An appropriate response would’ve been “oh no, I looked forward to it, but okay let me see what else there is”. Instead you said, “I came here for this”.- outright or passive aggressive? If the waitress intentionally wanted to hurt you, she would not have apologized, right? Therefore, I think it is a misunderstanding as your interest was on that particular meat and the waitress, seeing that you were quite firm or even adamant based on your response, may have suggested you can find what you are looking for elsewhere - which I can understand may sound rude at first - but what about your first response after hearing that the type of cut you were looking for was sold out? - Guy who lived in Korea for 17 years.
Not a fan of how the shower looks in the bathroom. If I buy a house in Korea I will definitely remodel the bathroom like put a tub in or shower door up.
I liked house number 8 the most but my major concern with all the houses is the lack of closet storage, or are you supposed to install it yourself once you move in? But choose the house that feels right to you, you guys will know once you find it,

Why there is no bathtub in these houses. Every house in Canada and the USA has a bathtub. No excuse at all. Even when I visited my uncle's home in Seoul and in Pohang living in an apartment they have a bathtub.

The fully furnished houses were showroom of the apartments. Some of them comes with some options which is fridge/washing machine/dish washer/ gas range/AC etc. But the furnishings are not coming with the house.

My feeling is save until you have 80%+ equity Otherwise u are a slave to the bank for the next 30 years. Also money worries can undermine a marriage. Raising a family costs dollars. Housing markets can go up and also go down. Korean population is falling.
