Armor. Strength and Dexterity both gives Armor and for Intelligence-based classes it is the best defensive stat or better to say, it is better than All Resistance.

How do the piranhas pull such a big radius? Mine barely pulls mobs around it.

It was possible because of Season 27 seasonal power, you can't pull as much in Season 28.
