She had MJ like skills. She could go to the ring and make circus shot layups, drain the 3 in your face, hit the MJ fadeaway, mid range was money and she just knew how to win. If she went to a bad team like Clark she would easily be in the discussion with top points ever. She just won on every level and retired early. Her legend is like if Jordan retired after 3 rings and never looked back. He still wouldve been considered the goat. Maya easily could hang with the college women of today. Her game looked faster and more explosive on the court than everyone else at that time. She truly was an ahead of her time player. And Clarks legacy will be the same for the next generation of women. And seeing how good womens basketball has transitioned from these two generational players its gonna be crazy to see what the next generational talent can do.
