    1. Stay hydrated
    2. Have a balanced meal
    3. Limit sugar and processed foods
    4. Don't touch your face
    5. Wash your pillowcase regularly
    6. Exercise regularly
    7. Have a sleep of 7-8 hours
    8. Brush twice a day
    9. Keep you nails clean
    10. Avoid UV rays
    11. Have hobbies to avoid stress
    12. Yoga and meditation
    13. Make homemade face masks
    14. Drink green tea
    15. Avoid rubbing your face harshly
    16. Avoid excessive makeup

    31. My tip- eat an egg daily morning for school as it has protein to keep u energized and as I'm a runner, it is super beneficial for me. If vegetarian, fruits aree best empty stomach. Drink warm water just as u wake up.

    the green tea she told about is matcha which isnt ment for ages 1 to 9 so don"t try this matcha is also bitter and having it with ice will just improve the quantity and make it less bitter besides having green tea is good for mental health becuase it has herbs and hot water which every asian knows about

      Im ten and if you are having trouble with studying, I have some tips for you! 1. Study in a quiet space. 2. If you need to read something like a math problem, read all the directions. 3. Don’t get stressed about being to slow or failing, be confident that you will pass the test you are studying for.

      Maybe not everything is about studying. You don’t study 24 hours a day. This is just TIPS you don’t have to do all these. You can just do some of these tips everyday!

      Use baking soda you can just use it with some water on your tooth brush or you can mix it with your tooth paste

    the fact that everything it said to do i do the oppisite of expect picking on my face lol and dw i take showers every other day just not everyday bcz sometimes that can also be bad for skin, but thats only if u scrub ur skin very hard each shower when cleaning ur body.

    I literally am 12 and I have a 16 step skincare routine!!! I have a Stanley I mostly use my owala though cause the straw causes less wrinkles! I take a shower every two days, but still my mental health state is not that well (at all.) and my grades in school are going 📉 down so much. Please help me!!!!! I need serious advice.

      1. You absolutely do not need a 16 step skincare routine. It’s expensive, a waste of time, and way too many chemicals on your sensitive facial skin. Cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen. Done.
      2. You don’t need a fancy Stanley to drink water. Just drink the water.
      3. You absolutely do not need to be worrying about wrinkles until at least 30.
      4. Taking a shower every two days (or maybe even 3) is good unless you’re really sweating that day. Hot water from the shower dries out your skin.
      5. What is wrong with your grades? Are you focusing in class? Are you doing the homework? You don’t need to be a straight-A student, but you should try your best without obsessing over your grades. There is a saying for college students (which I know doesn’t apply to you) that “C’s get degrees”.
      6. Do not rush your youth away, enjoy it the best you can while you still can. Being an adult is not as fun as you may think.

      @@Essas_puppy_olive also about the water: Idk if it’s more enjoyable and less like a chore to drink it by drinking it out of a fancy cup for you or what your reasoning is. I still struggle to drink enough water everyday, but I find adding flavoring to it really helps. Mio, Crystal Light, etc. are great flavoring options for consuming more water, although the Mio and other bottled liquid concentrates aren’t exactly healthy with the preservatives and artificial sweeteners, so it depends on your values. I sometimes enjoy adding some lemon juice to my water to add a bit of flavor. Herbal teas are great as well to help consume more water with added flavor (plus health benefits). Try to stay away from/limit/moderate the other stuff you drink. Fruit juices taste great, but they are high calorie and low to no fiber. Soda is not healthy one bit, it’s all chemicals. Most fruits and vegetables have a naturally high water content so when you eat those you get water + flavor + fiber + vitamins and minerals.

      Just wash your face whenever you come back home. This will help. You don't need to use harsh cemical products on your face. And stay hydrated
