Don’t get stressed about being to slow or failing, be confident that you will pass the test you are studying for.

I literally am 12 and I have a 16 step skincare routine!!! I have a Stanley I mostly use my owala though cause the straw causes less wrinkles! I take a shower every two days, but still my mental health state is not that well (at all.) and my grades in school are going 📉 down so much. Please help me!!!!! I need serious advice.
1. You absolutely do not need a 16 step skincare routine. It’s expensive, a waste of time, and way too many chemicals on your sensitive facial skin. Cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen. Done. 2. You don’t need a fancy Stanley to drink water. Just drink the water. 3. You absolutely do not need to be worrying about wrinkles until at least 30. 4. Taking a shower every two days (or maybe even 3) is good unless you’re really sweating that day. Hot water from the shower dries out your skin. 5. What is wrong with your grades? Are you focusing in class? Are you doing the homework? You don’t need to be a straight-A student, but you should try your best without obsessing over your grades. There is a saying for college students (which I know doesn’t apply to you) that “C’s get degrees”. 6. Do not rush your youth away, enjoy it the best you can while you still can. Being an adult is not as fun as you may think. I think that is all. Let me know if you’d like more 😊

I still struggle to drink enough water everyday, but I find adding flavoring to it really helps. Mio, Crystal Light, etc. are great flavoring options for consuming more water, although the Mio and other bottled liquid concentrates aren’t exactly healthy with the preservatives and artificial sweeteners, so it depends on your values. I sometimes enjoy adding some lemon juice to my water to add a bit of flavor. Herbal teas are great as well to help consume more water with added flavor (plus health benefits). Try to stay away from/limit/moderate the other stuff you drink. Fruit juices taste great, but they are high calorie and low to no fiber. Soda is not healthy one bit, it’s all chemicals. Most fruits and vegetables have a naturally high water content so when you eat those you get water + flavor + fiber + vitamins and minerals.
