Well hello! Happy to see you here on a Tuesday afternoon here on the west coast with quite a bit of rain. This was quite a fun and relaxing video to put together and Bernardo showed a little behind the scenes when he was recording for Patreon. We were surprised with a sunny day (2 weeks ago) over the weekend so we took full advantage of it plus we had some yard work we needed to get done and Bernardo planted some more flowers in 'Stella's corner'. I'm trying to answer the question I ask myself about being so invested in your videos?..A couple of thoughts cross my mind..I've been invested in your stories for several years now, so I feel a history .I've also come to know you both a little and appreciate what gifted story tellers you have become..Even on videos like this one where the memories being made are more mundane, and just participating in activities of daily life, you make me feel I am there, included.That doesn't automatically happen. Your filming, editing , audio skills bring us all into your world for a few minutes..That is quite a skill to possess... 😘 I took note about your comment of Henry's health..I'll be anxious to hear he has returned to his normal self! Adam, when I was a kid I could hardly wait till I was old enough/big enough to mow. I still love to mow and there is just something satisfying about seeing and smelling the freshly mown grass and then walking through it barefoot. It takes me back to my childhood days. Tell me something, dear, do you ride or walk the mower? You know, I have never thought about all this barefoot walking. I might have to try that someday. It does sound nice. Why, well, I even wear shoes in the house, but do enjoy an occasional walk around with bare feet. Now, what's all this about a sweet niece's life? I must confess, I haven't heard the entire video, as of yet, or do you have an insider's scoop?
** Your hanging plant Adam is a Fuchsia. Keep it watered good. I have tried to grow one here in Illinois and it always dies on me because I forget to water it. I really love the views you have while working and while eating out. That flame thing (don't know what it is called) really put off heat. I could see the heat in the video. My other half and I have been together for 42 years and moved to small town 10 years ago. We're the only gay couple in our community and have both been accepted very well. I was elected Vice President of the HOA Board of Directors seven years ago. It seems everyone here considers us as friends. We've been very fortunate since we moved from a big city. Because of this I think things for Gay couples are improving even in rural America.

Such a joy to see another episode of your daily lives together (including Henry, of course). I've been travelling up and down the Gorge for many decades and it is truly a delight in almost any weather. You could stay there for many years and be happy. The overwhelming normalcy of your relationship is very empowering - love is truly love. As for church, I belong to an open and affirming one where all are welcome and we have quite a number of gay and lesbian members and friends - and there is no difference in how we treat each other. It's a good thing that I alread had dinner when I saw yours being prepared, as cheeseburgers done on the barbecue are one of my very favorite summertime meals. You both exude such a powerful aura of love and friendship that it warms my heart every time I get to catch up with all of you. Big Virtual Hugs!
Great video. Thanks for doing "out and proud" more so than most of your past videos. We DO kiss and physically play with each other, like any affectionate couple. Showing that, talking about your differences and how each of you compliment the other, all delightful. I had a similar view when I lived on Hayden Island. I was much closer to the river, and the river bank was 6 feet down, but any view over water is very special. Now that summer is coming, you'll remember why you love where you are more than anyone does in Winter. When I lived on the river, I set up my work desk so I could look at the river all day and i LOVED It. I would still be there if I could have earned a decent living. I couldn't so I came back to LA. I love my house in South LA. I have a fenced (actually, a block wall) around the back yard which has an open slab, and a dirt section with the following trees: guava, peach, fig, lemon and avocado. The front yard has a lemon and guava, as well as an Aloe Vera plant. I read somewhere last year that trees prosper from human urine. So, like Adam, I go outside and spread that benefit around to my trees while I talk with them and ask them how they are doing and if they need anything from me. I irrigate them with drain water from the washing machine drain. I don't have rainbows over a river view, but my yard is private, and it is my outdoor sanctuary. The weather is great time time of year for being outside. So great to see you both so relaxed !! Keep it up.

What a little paradise your place is! The view! The lawn, the flowers, the porch, the al fresco meals, the dog padding around happily...you have privacy but there are people and stores nearby...and you can enjoy the change of seasons in that locale; it's neither always warm nor always cold. For me as a viewer, it's pleasant and relaxing to watch you live your everyday life there, with breaks for a change of scene now and then to your forest retreat or a car trip somewhere else. Idyllic!

When we lived in Africa we did not have a lawnmower, we had two goats who ate the grass and kept it mowed. I had been sick for close to six months last year with long covid symptoms and did not feel like cleaning my apartment so it has been a hard time now that I am feeling slightly better. It took me from the end of March to April to get my apartment clean.
I’m surprised the goats did not eat all the grass. Goats are the worst for keeping grass short…..they will eat right down to the bare soil. You are better off with sheep. You sure they were not sheep? 😜

Great video guys! Just a note, if you are thinking about it. You loved Maine. My husband and I are workers/farmers here. Land and homes are relatively inexpensive (depending on where). We have the views, the ocean, incredible sunrises etc.... We are called vacation land for a reason. Something to think about, if you have any questions let us know.

We are both English and have been living together for 14 years. We will be moving from London to southern Romania. Romania is a lovely country with four seasons. Four years ago, we bought a large piece of land to grow organic veggies and animals, and last year we finished building our house. It takes us 1 hour to drive to the Danube River, 4 hours to the Black Sea, and 6 hours to the mountains. It's so perfect; there are four seasons, and from March to September, it is always hot. You should try it, guys, come to visit us...
Those Stella Flowers Bernardo Is Planting are so beautiful & easy to grow, they are the most popular of the daylily, @ friend gave me my first cuttings years ago, after most blooming ends the first time I cut them back & they regrow their stems to bloom in the fall...
Nope. I know you are sober and congrats by the way. My husband and I have been together 25 years this November and lived in the DFW metroplex. We wanted a slower pace and decided to relocate to the heart of the Texas Hill Country. We are live in a small community of less than 10k people Sunday night through Wednesday night. Thursday through Sunday afternoon it goes to 100k easily. I have traveled to more than 40 countries and all 50 states. As far as Texas goes Fredericksburg is on my top places. Everything you need is 5 minutes away from the center of town. Incredible restaurants that provide locals with a nice discount. Several states parks, lakes, and rivers less than 45 minute drive. An hour outside of Austin or San Antonio.
You look like you have a wonderful place to live. great home to putter around inside and out. Henry is loving it! You both seem to be happy and contented. Thinking this place is good for your body, mind and soul. Hugs

I have a fuschia of similar colour, and when younger always thought of them as pathetic little hanging flowers. Now I have pots of them everywhere as they do really well here in Melbourne, Australia. Hi! How are you? You look great.
Such a joy to see another episode of your daily lives together (including Henry, of course). I've been travelling up and down the Gorge for many decades and it is truly a delight in almost any weather. You could stay there for many years and be happy. The overwhelming normalcy of your relationship is very empowering - love is truly love. As for church, I belong to an open and affirming one where all are welcome and we have quite a number of gay and lesbian members and friends - and there is no difference in how we treat each other. It's a good thing that I alread had dinner when I saw yours being prepared, as cheeseburgers done on the barbecue are one of my very favorite summertime meals. You both exude such a powerful aura of love and friendship that it warms my heart every time I get to catch up with all of you. Big Virtual Hugs!
Great video. Thanks for doing "out and proud" more so than most of your past videos. We DO kiss and physically play with each other, like any affectionate couple. Showing that, talking about your differences and how each of you compliment the other, all delightful. I had a similar view when I lived on Hayden Island. I was much closer to the river, and the river bank was 6 feet down, but any view over water is very special. Now that summer is coming, you'll remember why you love where you are more than anyone does in Winter. When I lived on the river, I set up my work desk so I could look at the river all day and i LOVED It. I would still be there if I could have earned a decent living. I couldn't so I came back to LA. I love my house in South LA. I have a fenced (actually, a block wall) around the back yard which has an open slab, and a dirt section with the following trees: guava, peach, fig, lemon and avocado. The front yard has a lemon and guava, as well as an Aloe Vera plant. I read somewhere last year that trees prosper from human urine. So, like Adam, I go outside and spread that benefit around to my trees while I talk with them and ask them how they are doing and if they need anything from me. I irrigate them with drain water from the washing machine drain.
I don't have rainbows over a river view, but my yard is private, and it is my outdoor sanctuary. The weather is great time time of year for being outside.

What a little paradise your place is! The view! The lawn, the flowers, the porch, the al fresco meals, the dog padding around happily...you have privacy but there are people and stores nearby...and you can enjoy the change of seasons in that locale; it's neither always warm nor always cold. For me as a viewer, it's pleasant and relaxing to watch you live your everyday life there, with breaks for a change of scene now and then to your forest retreat or a car trip somewhere else. Idyllic!

When we lived in Africa we did not have a lawnmower, we had two goats who ate the grass and kept it mowed. I had been sick for close to six months last year with long covid symptoms and did not feel like cleaning my apartment so it has been a hard time now that I am feeling slightly better. It took me from the end of March to April to get my apartment clean.
I’m surprised the goats did not eat all the grass.
Goats are the worst for keeping grass short…..they will eat right down to the bare soil.

Great video guys! Just a note, if you are thinking about it. You loved Maine. My husband and I are workers/farmers here. Land and homes are relatively inexpensive (depending on where). We have the views, the ocean, incredible sunrises etc.... We are called vacation land for a reason. Something to think about, if you have any questions let us know.

We are both English and have been living together for 14 years. We will be moving from London to southern Romania. Romania is a lovely country with four seasons. Four years ago, we bought a large piece of land to grow organic veggies and animals, and last year we finished building our house. It takes us 1 hour to drive to the Danube River, 4 hours to the Black Sea, and 6 hours to the mountains. It's so perfect; there are four seasons, and from March to September, it is always hot. You should try it, guys, come to visit us...

Nope. I know you are sober and congrats by the way. My husband and I have been together 25 years this November and lived in the DFW metroplex. We wanted a slower pace and decided to relocate to the heart of the Texas Hill Country. We are live in a small community of less than 10k people Sunday night through Wednesday night. Thursday through Sunday afternoon it goes to 100k easily. I have traveled to more than 40 countries and all 50 states. As far as Texas goes Fredericksburg is on my top places. Everything you need is 5 minutes away from the center of town. Incredible restaurants that provide locals with a nice discount. Several states parks, lakes, and rivers less than 45 minute drive. An hour outside of Austin or San Antonio.
You look like you have a wonderful place to live. great home to putter around inside and out. Henry is loving it! You both seem to be happy and contented. Thinking this place is good for your body, mind and soul. Hugs
I do hear you guys. We are the ONLY Gringo Gay Couple in our little Mexican town. There are pure native couples and two mixed couples, but we are it for two white guys living together here. Makes it interesting. Zero problems EVER here.

This was such a relaxing and quite informative video. Love the contrasting workout music and the special corner for Stella. I have a fuschia of similar colour, and when younger always thought of them as pathetic little hanging flowers. Now I have pots of them everywhere as they do really well here in Melbourne, Australia.
