- it just turned October and we already hit Halloween Haunts Stop #5 - Allen’s Haunted Hayrides & Tavern of Terror - that’s right! - we already surpassed our 2020 Halloween Haunts slate and it just turned October! Allen’s Haunted Hayrides is the oldest haunted hayride in the United States - it opened in 1979. In 2015 they added the Tavern of Terror which is a haunted house experience. This is definitely a family event and what looks to be a tradition for the area. I saw newborns to great grandparents talking part in this event. They also have bonfires, a carnival style food stand, mid-way games and a market pop-up tent. I can see where families can make a night out of this one. Andrea at Allen’s Haunted Hayride was so kind to allow me to film the Tavern of Terror and the Hayride, but they do allow pictures and video normally on the hayride, just not in the tavern. Oh that’s awesome! where is Rich’s Fright Farm? Is that just the one they call Fright Farm? i only know of the one just call Fright Farm and Cheeseman’s fright farm, is this a different one?
@@TomWasHereOnTH-cam fright farm (at rich's farms) is in Smithfield. I .I've here for most of my life but lived in Florida for 15 so I know there may be other places by that name so I always say rich's. I live in uniontown. So its only a few mins from me.
I’m very curious about fright farm! Actually surprised to hear it was open so long they dropped a name from it, I do want to go there, but I did reach out to see if I could film and they never responded! I will be up your way for haunted hills estate Scream Park in a couple weeks!
What happened to you with the scarecrow...is what the Michael Myers character did to me. I ended up like curled in a ball going on no no no no
Hahahahhahhaha yeah, the way they have you sitting in the cart makes it easy for them to hang on for a while and long enough for you to forget about them, but definitely some credit there if they hang over like that. I can see why that would generate that reaction!
