The dance and the words have a deeper meaning about the societys darker part. The X is the psychiatric Hospital of Shkodra City north Albania. And has a deeper meaning about those the society leaves behind. And then she ask mother earth to be lenient to it’s people. Ps: the elements you said Oriental it is the Cifteli. 2 strings device which is only in Albania made(north). It has nothing to do with Oriental. But nice reaction though!
