Di I'm from haryana i eat it on daily basis, plz try my mother's recipe of chutney with you pani k hath roti and any type of ryta
Lal mirch (acording your spice level)
Garlic 3-5 clove, salt to taste and sabut jira 1/2 spoon and grind it with water
If you want you also add hra dhniya to it when u are grinding
