Taisuke's a very technical bboy, almost always on the beat, his moves are always clean, very good flow. Taisuke's problem is that he recycles strings, so it looks like he recycles sets, because lately it's been very predictable what his next move will be. Morris loves to blow up does a lot of hype moves, but he doesn't rock the beat like Taisuke does.
Either way two very good bboys.

I've met Morris he's a chill guy, only in battle he's will get in his battle mode, also fun fact Morris will never go first into a battle. I think it's cool that taisuke is still in the BC one battles and he is very young too. But in this battle he did crash more than Morris did. Side note for future BC one battles, no more commentators, we can see everything without a commentator putting there 2 cents in. Battles speak for themselves

Taisuke has a major problem. His set is too short sometimes. He never learn from his mistake ever since Pluto destroyed him in 2010.

i feel bad for taisuke year after year hes back to win & never does but morris cleared him if you saw the replays they streamed it live morris went right over him and taisuke also crashed @ 2:46 i think there shouldve been a tiebreaker because morris flipped like 204392 times

Classic Taisuke mistake of ending his sets too early. If he threw more the second round, I think he would have won easy.

MZK lost a lot of members due to one thing or another. What I think that MZK has become more of a collective rather than a battling crew. Even Katsu1, who brought Taisike to MZK has stop competing a long time ago

I thought Morris won. It's true that we've seen these sets a hundred times from him, but they were cleaner than Taisuke. Also Taisuke wasn't going 100%. I feel like Taisuke could have won, but he just didn't give it enough.

Taisuke should have won! Morris did waaay to many flips. Taisuke was rocking the beat with footwork and some craaazy powermoves! And Morris jumped on Taisukes face at 1:59 ... WINNER = Taisuke

I think he got robbed. This cat Morris was just doin a bunch of flips with no originality. Taisuke had way more combination between toprock, go downs, footwork and power. Morris lost imo.

Morris - sloppy 1st set and nothing special 2nd set, Taisuke - nice flowing on beat 1st set and nice power based second set, WINNER : TAISUKE

Man..think a little if someone does a screwed up movement that almost hit you and continues to play agressive, check the karate pose and grimace provocation at 2:12, would you really reach your hand to the cap at the risk of being pranked? Don't get me wrong, i think provocation and getting in your opponents head is part of battles, this is no olympics gymnastics , its more like mma..but the least that should have happened was a penalization, hitting others on the friggin face crosses the line.
Respect the judges but i think their decision was far from just. First, the flip over Taisuke was a screwed up move, freeze at 2:00 and check, it would have beem a clean hit hasn't taisuke bended on time. Second, Taisuke sets was way more conected than Morris, although he had done a great first round, the second one sucked in comparison, Taisuke on the other hand, showed a smooth and linked first round showing a bit of everything, and a nice power based second one.
Everyone knows he didn't hit him and they all would do that and it's not faking cos they didn't stop the battle or gave taisuke the victory cos of it... he was only playing and everyone except you and 6 more tards didn't realize that and taisuke was only showing that he didn't like what morris did and neither did i cos if taisuke hadn't move he would have hit him so the onewho loses respect here is morris for putting the other bboy in danger and trying to hurt him. kudos to taisuke for the dodge
I think that taisuke got angry because of the beat, and he didnt want to dance. Really, it is much better than morris. All my respecta for taisuke.
Has nothing to do with racism though... to be honest, Taisuke killed Morris during this battle, Morris's first set was awful and sloppy, didn't even listen to the beat while Taisuke danced on the beat, listened to the music, was clean and clear.
Morris was OK during his 2nd set but Taisuke still was better.

I feel you though, but in this battle I feel like Morris put more effort into it. :/ I still prefer Taisuke over Morris any day though man. But imo Taisuke was being a bit of a bitch with the whole part where Morris flipped over him.
You can tell that Taisuke really improved from last year, like damnn. I wanna see this kid in the finals again some day.

In a gymnastics competition Morris should've won, but not in a Break Dance Battle. He was just throwing power moves without musicality. Taisuke was more into the music, which better musicality and moves according to the beat. Just saying Taisuke should've won from my point of view.
Meh, imo Morris won by default. Taisuke too conservative on his first one. If his second set was longer he probably could've won. Really dont like how all Morris really did in his first set was flips. Although his flares were pretty sick on his second.

morris shouldda been disqualified for hitting taisuke, on accident or not. He tries to do way to many burns and flips all the time, and they backfire more often than not.

Morris wasn't really dancing to the song, so I think he robbed Taisuke here. If Taisuke won here, there's a high chance he would have won the finals that year. This is one of the best years from Taisuke. Ever since then his rounds became shorter and shorter and less style and footwork.

morris completely shut taisuke down on that first set. usually taisuke is a killer with confidence but you can tell it put him off a fair bit. i think morris definately won this but i also agree with wing for another round
It is a fault by Morris in the first set. The rule clearly said that there is no intentional touching or interfering with someone's set.
