I am feel so sad for the national park not for her. the new more garbeges in such beatutiful valley could never be cleaned. becuase nobody can access bottom of the valley
I sold my Mavic Air for a Mavic Pro 2. Countless times I had issues with that fricken drone (video quality isn't great and it's noisy as F), so many times I couldn't fly for some BS reason. So although this was costly lesson, if you buy another drone, defo get the pro or pro 2, much better drone even though I acknowledge this particular issue is software related, way less issues and far more stable and reliable!
DJI is a Chinese company, maybe is cheaper then the US if you bought it in China. I remember there is one DJI store on Nanjing Road, in Shanghai where you visited it.
If you are going to buy a drone again, it will have to be DJI because it's the best, for now at least. I can tell from your brief description you didn't do it correctly. You should 1st. wait till GPS is functioning before taking off,2. use auto take off, 3. RTH height set to a number that's not too high but higher than nearby highest objects. 4. set to auto RTH if control is lost, so when you encounter anything unexpected, just turn off the remote and the drone will fly back by itself. I have two DJIs for over 3 years and always obey these simple rules, so I can always have my drones back no matter what happens, like phone frozen up or dead etc.
Sometimes I get home and look at all my footage and I realize...I only have footage. I don’t remember actually experiencing the place I was at cuz I was filming the whole time. Trying to enjoy it through the viewfinder isn’t the same as enjoying the actual memories. I know you’re a professional photographer so maybe it’s even more important to have that beautiful trip just for you, in your head to review whenever you want.
I have the opposite problem. When I don't film I lose the memories within the year. I traveled all through South America and only have small chunks of foggy memories from those trips. When I do film, the memories stay with me in a much more solid form forever.
Poor Claire! I feel sorry for your loss... I am also a TH-camr and I can imagine how you felt about it... hope you will get this back. Nice videos btw! ;)

I am so sorry, but I laughed so hard😭. If you ever stop by Philly, you can take my DJI Mavic drone that I haven't been using for 2yrs....
Lol I may take you up on that
Sorry for your loss of equipment, since you in China, getting a phone number is not that hard i believe...
yes, it's the same in every country, buy a sim card in airport pls, that will help saving some money too.
If my pilot cries like that, I'll get the fuck off the plane right away.
Just imagining the lens rolling off a cliff in China moments after losing the drone 😂😂 love your videos!
I'm sorry for that disaster, but I really didn't know I need to be sad or laugh, cuz you're the first guy Iv ever seen crying while laughing😂😂😂Hope you've bought the insurance for your equipment...
That's such a shitty situation, I haven't updated my firmware on my Phantom in quite a while because I'm scared of some malfunction that might occur within the new firmware
What mic do you use?
5:28, sorry for your loss, but I just couldn't help laughing
While you were hugging the Panda's, did they offer you a sweet deal on camera lenses they found on the jungle floor?
thank god you did not trying to climb down the cliff to find it.
Oh no 😭 That sucks big time!
The environment is looking amazing though!
sorry about your loss! but will the DJI warranty cover the drone?
Nope
Hope you get replacement drone and lense soon. Keep your spirit up...
WOW! insane mountain views!!!
