Did you have permanent issues with your memory & cognition after that? My ex husband was in his 50s when he suffered a TBI after an accident. The damage to his brain didn't end up having physical repercussions in the long term but his whole personality changed, & not for the better, in addition to having a poor memory & a cognitive decline. TBIs are no joke. I'm sorry you endured that.

Yes it made me angry so I made my research (I had a hard time to figure out how to write the suspect's name 😅) but I think it's just a normal procedure at the mpd police. The suspect discharged his gun towards the officers and in response the officer did the same and hit the suspect who suffered non life threatening injuries. The case has been invastigated by the internal affairs and I hope, I think, the officer went fine after that. I’m not criticizing them, just noting what’s really going on. Accidental fentanyl inhalation does not cause an overdose. Skin contact does not either. They believe it does, they’re afraid it does, and they have an extreme psychological response, which produces their physical symptoms.
One of the biggest problem with Fentanyl is that Narcan doesn't work for an overdose. The chemical make-up is different and all the Narcan in the world can't help for Fentanyl.
If a female aggressor told me "I'm female, officer, don't touch me," I would just say "I'm gay. What else u got?" Hate when people use gender/sexuality as an excuse to avoid taking responsibility for their actions... In this case the women threaten the male officer to not touch them, but then backup arrives to find the two women pinning the officer down and STRANGLING him... The officer 1) shouldn't be alone (where was his partner? -- still chasing the driver?), and 2) should've tasered the girls the second they laid hands on him.

I'M certainly not - I have way too much of a temper for it, which 99.99% of the time is not an issue, but in certain situations I can get mad fast - and I also would not want to see dead bodies or deal with the sh#t they do. It's standard operating procedure, when a cop fires his weapon, they have to be put on leave and investigated to make sure there was no wrong doing.
