As much as i have researched and asked few lawyers there isn't any latest guidline regarding "consonance of government" point..they said the sc/st certificate won't get renewed..so ultimately you can upload the old one doesn't matter and during counseling just say the right things. Edit: and the appendix XA - *applicable for persons belonging to sc/st migrating from one state to another..so for state counseling u can use the old one not a problem at all or u can go for XB..just while counseling u say that this certificates doesn't get renewed..etc etc even if its old Note- Also there is no change for sc/st thing in JEE and cuet(i.e., not mentioned about april 2022 anything)

Don't worry Diptimayee, nta never can reject just for old issues. It is fully valid. So no need for correction. And one person can registration only one time.
