Stefanski has two playoff appearances this decade(and we are only 4yrs in). The two decades before this we had one. Id say im sticking with him right now. Maybe give up on this gun offense experience
Keep Stenfanski and Berry. Move on from Depodesta and a few of the positional coaches. Draft cornerstone pieces, get a reliable bridge QB and let’s move forward.
The Hard Knocks show gave us a glimpse into each organization. Have years of leadership in military defense, the Browns org came off as poorly ran in comparison to the Steelers. It was glaring.
At their level - there are no punishments for a bad job other than firing. Accountability at this level means having uncomfortable meetings…getting called on the carpet to explain your decisions or actions about a particular player or game. These are grown men and not children to be developed on how to act. The ppl who don’t like Stefanski and want him and AB fired after every loss are trolls or low IQ window lickers and never to be taken seriously.
If I was a fry cook, and I burned the French fries every single day for 3 years out of a 5 year span, then I would be held accountable by losing my job. Andrew Berry and Kevin Stefanski have had 3 losing seasons out of 5, and they have never won their division. Kevin Stefanski is the only head coach in the NFL to serve with his team for 5 seasons and he has NEVER won the division. Kevin Stefanski's resume would get him FIRED by literally every other team in the NFL. It's time to hold him, Andrew Berry, and Paul DePodesta accountable for burning the fries. Period.
To equate results for entry level fast food cook to a top tier NFL HC is asinine. The Browns have to shatter old reputations fairly gained or not and one of those reputations is the Owner is impatient and will fire HC’s and GMs at the drop of a hat. Who would want to work for someone like that?? Is Hue Jackson not good enough for you?? Didn’t think so.

My saying for this situation is that experience is what you get when you don't get what you want... Go Browns!
