Ridge Gourd तोरई - 500 gm
Oil तेल - 2 tbsp
Cumin Seed जीरा - 1 tsp
Mustard सरसों - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida हींग - 2 pinch
Curry Leaves करी पत्ते
Chopped Onion कटा हुआ प्याज - 2
Chopped Tomato कटा हुआ टमाटर - 3
Ginger अदरक - 1 inch
Green Chilli हरी मिर्च - 2
Coriander हरा धनिया
Gram flour बेसन - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 2 tsp
Coriander Powder धनिया पाउडर - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder जीरा पाउडर (Jeera)
Water पानी
Garlic लहसुन - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Salt (नमक)
Garam Masala गरम मसाला - 1/2 tsp
Kasoori Methi कसूरी मेथी - 1 tsp
Pure Ghee देसी घी - 1 tsp
