Glad I came across your review and was happy to find out P4D was included in the bundle. I enjoyed the hell out of it on the vita and I'm a sucker for rhythm games.
I agree with that, idk why but I love playing the game yet I always feel drained after a chapter and it takes me a couple days to do another. Meanwhile I just zoomed through p3d and the game came out 2 days ago 😂
Yeah these definitely didn’t seem like games worth their price tag. Maybe on Vita, but even still $40 for a rhythm game with no physical case is steep. I loved P4: DAN but might wait for a sale on these.
"For a Rhythm game" Well, I honestly can't stand open world games but I wouldn't say that the Witcher is too expensive "for a open world game" they're equally games, there's no need for a game to be cheaper or no because of their genre

So, I've never played persona 3 or persona 4. I've just played persona 5 and I really want to get Dancing star night. Is it still worth the extra 30 or so euro for me to get the endless night collection?
Damn, I'm torn on pre-ordering or not before it's too late. Sad that there's no story mode and I can watch these social link events on youtube. As of now, it's not worth it to me. I'm new to Persona Dancing games and I just got P5D today, but please don't tell me I have to clear a stage on HARD difficulty to unlock a specific dance partner for that stage...I'm already struggling on Normal difficulty.
Slovenator 92 Don’t worry you will get the hang of it. I never played a music rhythm game before Persona 4 Dancing (except for maybe like guitar hero), and I had real trouble pressing the buttons at the exact right time. But the more you play the more you get used to it and learn how much room for error you have with each button press. I loved the tracks in Persona 4 Dancing so much that it made it that much easier to just keep practicing and replaying songs over and over. And I eventually got the point where I could play all of the songs on the hardest difficulty. It was still a challenge but a fun one at that point instead of frustrating. I even got the platinum trophy for it on the Vita.
Practice makes perfect then, although I did unlock 4 characters as partners during some stages even by playing on Normal or Easy...But It's random I think,I can't imagine playing on All Night difficulty :)
Slovenator 92 The partners vary by difficulty per song. So some partners are unlocked on easy, some on normal, some on hard, and in two situations in P5D yes... All Night difficulty
After seeing ur review, im not sure if I want to get this bundle now, was gifted p4d on the vita and hella loved that game and played it to death. I’m on the wall for this one
I got a question, should I buy the digital version or the physical version? Because idk if the digital version is going to be similar with the physical version in terms of if P4D is also going to be in the digital version included as well as the akechi and shinjiro dlc alongside other dlc that came with the physical version.
I definitely think the notes in the game feel off a lot of the times. But personally the example you gave in the video was easy for me to feel. But it just made the point you were making about everyone perceiving differently even stronger. I wish they would have focused on one thing throughout all the songs

Depends what you consider enough. The song lists are very small compared to most other rhythm games. 25 each (except P4D which has 27). For comparison, Guitar Hero games would typically have 60-90 songs, DJMax Respect had 147 songs, Superbeat Xonic had I think 59 songs, Taiko no Tatsujin on Switch had I think 74 songs...

I think the thing that annoys me the most is persona 4 songs are all dances. am actual chaeacter dancing. P5D/P3D have that super stupid thing that the credit song is just the credits from the actual game but you have a remix with an dancing character. Or the opening is literally just the opening movie.
Still a bad deal, because even this two Retail Versions still have multiple DLC which are way to expensive per Song. Would this be a real complete Edition, then yes.
Warning. P4 dancing is the only one with an actual canon story and you can only get the console version of this game through the bundle only. So if you played person 4 and want to see one of the aftermath stories/adventures, you are either forced to get this bundle or get the vita version.
