This is the simplest recipe for meatballs or meatballs. From just a few ingredients to the perfect lunch. The meat melts in your mouth and the juice is really delicious. A recipe you can't go wrong with.
INGREDIENTS :
500 grams of ground beef
oil
spices: salt and pepper, dry mixture of spices, parsley, saffron, smoked paprika
an egg
onion
garlic
50 grams of breadcrumbs
flour
RECIPE:
✅ In 500 grams of beef, add: oil, salt, pepper, dry mixture of spices, parsley, egg, safflower, smoked paprika, onion and garlic, 50 grams of breadcrumbs
✅ Mix all the ingredients well and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes
✅ Form meatballs and roll them in flour
✅ Fry them for 10 minutes with constant turning
✅ Place the meatballs in one side of the pan and add 2 spoons of flour to the other side and mix while adding water
✅ Combine the meatballs with the juice and leave to simmer for 30 minutes. Add smoked paprika.
✅ Add water if necessary and season to taste at the end
