It's one of the Zoom microphones, just without the windscreen.
I've found that I can only fall asleep to ASMR videos where the people speak. The ones that include no talking keep me up all night haha.
Haha. Same here. But when there's too much talking it keeps me up as well.
CM Cardenas Very true. I find that I can generally fall asleep to Ardra ASMR because her videos are usually balanced with the talking and triggers.

There's no such thing as "ASMR microphones", lol
They're just good mics set to record at low levels, so to speak.
"ASMR microphones" is short for "Microphones that are used in ASMR videos". So yes, there are. That doesn't mean they don't exist outside of it.
Could you do the same thing but only rub the wooden part against the mics..? I'm sure it would be interesting and amazing..!
