I use the macd crosss for confirmation out the zone.. can you touch on this in more Vids,,, you kinda glazed over but thank you for sharing... I think the key word here is these indicators just cofirmation pieces to the puzzle... I trade options and I noticed right away using moving average cross after price leave the zone you can hold as long as you above. as well

@user-py8wz8rp1u for lower time frames, I would say 15 min or 30 min, and for higher time frames, go for 1hr or 4 hour(intraday) or daily timeframes
If it fails remember to be cautious of HTF supply and demand levels
