      Thanks for sharing. Mel Gibson has been for decades a great friend of Guatemala (the Braveheart) . Is so beautiful and rich The United Kingdom of Guatemala, established in 1609 and extending from El Soconusco (today Chiapas) to part of Panama, is so beautiful and rich. Guatemala is 12th. producer of silver in the world and 20th. producer of gold in addition to having enormous reserves of nickel, jade and many other natural resources; Unfortunately, for almost a century, large Anglo-Saxon multinational companies have taken much of it. Pura Vida Viva Juan Santamaria the hero and favorite son of Alajuela CR who died battling Anglo-Saxon pirates. The Malvinas are from Argentina, the Essequibo is from Venezuela and Belize belongs to Guatemala. Guatemala exploited and sabotaged for almost a century but never bowed! Long live all Latin America United and Free from the Anglo-Saxon piracy of centuries. Hugs. God's care

    @N00bcrunch3r ur wrong, recent findings find that the mayan's civilizattion rose about 1800-2600bc and Olmec's around 2800-3200bc. So much stuff they've found recently speacially in Guatemala, even a civilization older than that of the Olmec's and Mayan's.

  • @N00bcrunch3r
    @N00bcrunch3r 15 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Umm let's see, the Mayan civilization began about
    200 A.D. The last book of the bible was written in 96 A.D. Let me ask you this, can you count? Even
    the Olmec didn't come about until after the book of Job was written.

    Well all I can say is this, the best scholars can do is "speculate" because they were not there, as far the Olmec being the "mother culture" Not even close, for that you have to go to Bolivia and visit Puma Pumku,their Ruins and Pyramids said to be 15 to 17 thousand years old, the world is a big mystery and anything the scholars say we have to take with a grain of salt. :D. All I know is that these guys were way a head of their time. Look for "The Tiwanaku Civilization".

    The Mayan civilization rose up around 1,000 B.C
    The Olmecs rose up around 1,200 B.C.

    @Caracalla23 just read your comment "The tombs of el mirador" I don't know were I read or saw a documentary and remember something about a crew of vikings in the Belize area and saw mayan people and architecture but did not explored cause they did not know what reactions the Mayan would had have. If you know anything about this subject or have a link would you please send it to me, thanks

    Comparing Tiwanaku and Pumapunku even though they are close to each other, is a mistake. The level of "stonework" as you call it in the two sites is so far apart technically speaking that it is like comparing the sun to the moon. Also it is impossible to "date" Pumapunku as you cannot use radioactive carbon dating on stone, and all the artifacts made from wood etc are long gone about 15000-17000 years ago.

  • @N00bcrunch3r
    @N00bcrunch3r 14 ปีที่แล้ว

    @asianthor
    Can you give me a link which says the Olmec began around 3000 B.C. Every book I have read says the Olmec culture began around 1500 B.C. If a culture just has to have farming technology, then by all means it started around 7000 B.C.

  • @rayochapin

    @N00bcrunch3r Says who? were you there? with this finding it proves you that Mayan history needs to be re-writen.
    Besides if you're going by Scientific numbers, they are always guessing.
    I think by the time they stop uncovering this "Metropolis" everything is going to change.
    like I said it takes time to develope into a great Civilization.

    @N00bcrunch3r Sorry brother but Mayans were at least a couple of thousands years before the "Olmec" not only that but I think nobody knows for sure how old those Civilizations really are! they developed their own writing, and counting system, along with a top notch Calendar, and as well a good developed readings of the sky, that my friend dosn't happen overnight. About the "bible", to me it has kill many innocent, God in the bible likes war, so is just fitting.

  • @MrSleepyface
    @MrSleepyface 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    Revelations says, Nothing shall be added to THIS book, the bible is a combined series of books. That same statement is mentioned in the old testament, and according to your theory, would mean that the whole New testament is false. Also Revelations was wrote before 15 other books in the bible, which would mean all of those are false, including the Gospel of Jon. Joseph Smith never WROTE anything, he TRANSLATED scripture written on Gold plates by the mayans, about their dealings with CHRIST.

    @mike3000gt7 Obviuosly, but what I'm saying is that what is consider Guatemala and Mexico today each claim's their Mayan history as their own even though back then the Maya or the Olmec's had no country but terratory. Of course mexico has mayan ruins but they(mexican's) identify themselves more Aztec's than Mayan. I'm not talking out of my ass I know my Mayan history. Just recently(8 yr's ago) a site was discovered in Honduras were a site possibly is even older than Nakbe(1800bc) in Guatemala.
