Gyalpo Gyalmo Cham known as King and Queen Dance performs once every three years at Chamleng courtyard by monks of Tawang Monastery to depict the significant culture and historical event occurred in the ancient period,which was truly based on the story of three kings from Tibet came in India and acquainted with three queens or three women belong to monpa community. It is also said that they all together visited the mainly four holy sites of Gautama Buddha and fallen in love in the last moment. The whole dance or story evokes the feeling of both the happiness and melancholic songs.
