While doing fasting [ Upavasa ] for 7 weeks fasting u should be purely like vegetarian not cooking non-vegetarian don't bring not even egg from 1st day anyway u clear ur house how u do on Thursday only cleaning & ur temple in take 1 small glass of water in that put small tulsi leaves after pooja u pray to God any 1 demand u say to God I am doing this fasting for 7 week please bless me to be successed then u take tulsi water drink it from then no tea water nothing next day after pooja u break ur fasting by taking tulsi water ok this 1 type of fasting 2nd type as above u fallow every thing in afternoon r in night u can take fruit & milk r avalakki with milk r sugar r jaggery next day break ur fasting in this period don't bring non veg u should cook food for ur husband like this do all this very happily 😊 I think u can understand my comment 🙌God bless u in this 7 weeks fasting 🙌🧿😊👍🏻

My opinion any types of fasting is good for health it cleans r body many benefits of fasting once u try & do then u c the felling & charges in u only in 1 week 1 Thursday fasting remaining days u r in take food don't get disturb if ur will do it till now u did by bhakti with this u add fasting after ur monthly period u start u don't get disturb u will complete it😊them ue wish 🙌
In this fasting period on that day don't wash clothes u will be tired because of fasting so i am mentioning this be cool chant in afternoon don't sleep on cot bed u can use sofa dont do heavy duty u don't have practice because of that iam telling u 😊
