I was showing my grandson some old photos from college. A photo came up of my old fraternity brother Dave and myself. I told my grandson about the time I was on People's Court because Dave wrecked my dad's Porsche. I guess he didn't believe me so did a Google search and actually found this footage! Amazing and brings back great memories! I hope Dave and his brother Tim are doing well these days. Man how time flys! Miss that car and my father.
@@SeamHead33 Actually Harvey’s been there since Day One in 1981. He was the legal consultant on the original People’s Court as well and he even made a few occasional appearances, most times to discuss some cases with Doug or in certain other rare times where there was a little extra time left to discuss other things at the end of some shows.
Obviously recorded in VHS Standard or Beta 1 mode,the picture quality for a mid 89s tape is fantastic. The video noise is slight but not overwhelming. Content is good as well but the fact that the video is almost 35 years old blows me away.
Thank you and the tape this was on was in storage and moved many many times. Amazing it was preserved. I transferred it to DVD in the early 2000s with one of the very first DVD recorders. These were my fraternity brothers by the way.
I think that twin brother put a fake beauty mark on his face, trying to fool the judge .... too funny! The judge toke a break to go learn the law ... that's TV land for you! The twins are so close together, I think they are conjoined twins/siamese twins....

I agree! Judge Milan tries too hard to prove that she's smarter than everybody else in the room, and it's like, HELLO! You're the judge! Of course, you should be smarter than everyone else in the room, and you don't have to prove it in every single case that you preside over!

The plaintiff in this case, Joey Kaplan, died a few years ago. So not sure who you are or what you are claiming.
