      Pappa toh paate biyyam ante morum ni naana pettemu. Just 10 mts for grinding the rice . Ante difference.

    Our Grandmother used to make, only ,with ,minapappu by adding a little bit of menth seeds,without mixing rice,idly,also,our grandmother,used to do only ,with, minapappu,without adding rice,bcoz,using rice, in every tiffin & meal's,used to become vry heavy for us,but,whnevr,our grnd mother,used to make this minapa rotti,we,used to eat with sugar & ginger mixed palli chutney or with idly karam ,with cow ghee,mostly,this will be the tiffin ,for us during sunday morning's,as,saturday evening,our Grandmother used to make idly,with the remaining batter,they used to make,this minaparotti ,in the sunday morning,we,used to eat some portion with, sugar ,some portion with palli chutney & idly karam,with cow ghee,as,we,used to have two cow's,in our house.

      @@sudhamylavarapu3424 crispy nature comes,as,our Grnd mother,used to roast with more sesame oil(nuvvulu oil),i,used to eat with sugar,it ,used to be vry crispy,some times,I,also,mk,by,just,mixing whole seed black gram( minapa dal) dry flour ,by mixing it,with wtr ,or milk or butter milk& roast's with sesame oil or with cow ghee,it will be vry crispy,whn,we,eat with sugar,mostly,all the saturday's & sunday's,i,eat this only,even,sunnundalu also,our grnd mthr,used to mk ,wthout,rice flour,only,minapa pappu flour & cowghee,jaggery.
