Just bought a 94 KLR 650 with 7,000 miles for $900. It's actually in good shape! Five hours in the garage getting things basically back to snuff and I'm hitting the trails tomorrow- for the price of a KTM fender.
I know, right. Every time I look at dirt-ish bikes I look at KTM and say they built what I want. Then I see the price, and think, you can't use something that expensive the way it was built to be used. Every trip you would be worried about scuffing it.
Most of us KLR owners don't really care what other people think. Most of us are frugal and really care more about the adventure than what name brand luggage we have, or whether our riding gear matches or not. Just saying...
THis is literally, the best review of a motorcycle i've ever seen. Not based in CCs or torque, but in the real experiences, which are what we were looking for in the first place.
andreisabe You said it! I feel like everyone should take pride in their machine, i love my little '15 dr200 because gas is practically free at 90+mpg and it fits me for a short guy. cant wait to test out the new dynojet kit with a few drilled out baffles in the exhaust :)
I had a KLR, and traded it for a Tiger 800 XC. I really thought I was taking a huge step up, and in some ways I was. When I realized I wanted the low weight (bwah ha ha) back of my KLR, I ended up trading the Tiger in on a DR 650!!! The best part of both of these bikes is they don't leave you stranded looking for parts no matter where they go, and when you do need them fixed, the difference in price to a KTM, BMW, or Triumph at the garage is about the same as when you buy the bikes. Don't even get me started on the mandatory valve adjustments and updates that the upper end bikes have you do for 1000 bucks. I'm not against people buying these premium bikes to suit their riding styles, just don't knock these budget friendly machines as they will produce just as many grins at half the headaches. Nice topic ER!
It is all about perspective. Here in the remote mountains of Bolivia, KLR's are considered "Jem's", the Land Rover most reliable bikes, and they ain't "cheap"!! I just bought my first one (2008) last night, and can't wait to see the end of the cuarenteen to take off into the mountains Your videos are the best by far! Thanks!
holy shit l've been riding motorcycles for 15 years and this is the best, most accurate and objective review l've ever heard on this bike. And under 5 min!
After i got my bike, these vids make me remind of the feeling it gives me. It really helps me trough the winter. Cant wait til summer so i can get on it again ;D
Great vid.. as the owner of a KLR I know where you are coming from... I have taken a lot of heat for my choice of bike..!!! Not that my KLR is stock anymore... LOL.. I have a few vids doing things on a KLR that probably shouldn't have been done...Keep up the great work...
THIS VIDEO NAILS IT! I've owned 4 Harleys, a BMW RT1150, all kinds of dirt bikes and assorted street bikes. My KLR 650 is hands down my favorite bike. For a given purpose, it's NOT the best bike. But for all around riding it can't be beat. Cheap, reliable, easily repairable when I break it, and always ready to go when I am. I love my ugly 'ol thumper!
I owned a 2003 with 2004 plastics (Red) and rode it 4000 miles as a commuter. It had a taller/wider windshield, serrated pegs, master cylinder guard, water pump guard, radiator guard and aluminum skidplate. Also stiffer fork springs and Galfer braided lines. I had a modded airbox and a Big Gun exhaust and there's no place it couldn't take me! aside from desperately needing a sixth gear and having a wimpy charging system - it was perfect. It had a voracious appetite for rear tires though. But wheelies were easy and even at 398lbs wet, it was a hoot!
just bought my first klr...a new 2014 new edition which was on sale and i paid 6500.00 otd with the four year warranty. in the last two months i have already put 2000 miles on it. i commute to work on it three times a week and on the weekends i hit the trails in my area. i have upgraded the front and rear springs and will be adding raising links on it this week cause i`m 6'5" 375 and ride it pretty aggresive. i smile like a little kid everytime i get on it and go for a ride. i really wanted to get a ds850 but cost and the fact that i can fix the klr on the side of the road made the klr that much more appealing. love it!
Great video... I don't change my humble F650 Dakar from 2001! I'm after the bells and whistles from the places I visit, the nice people that cross my path... and that ones are free...
Usually when they come up with something that works they discontinue it but not the case with the KLR. Miraculously they keep on making them and with very little change. They are like the EverReady Bunny or an old properly tuned VW bug...plenty adequate and they just keep on giving! Long live the KLR!
Thank you for the brutally honest review. I WANT to ride motorcycles just to go and visit places and I've settled on the KLR 650 (I think). It's cheap, reliable and it can keep up with highway traffic. It's all I want and need.............
Your points are absolutely correct! The friendships I have made due to the fact that I ride motorcycles is priceless! I’m a dirt bike rider at hart but, in the last couple of years have added dual sporting to the fun. The things I have experienced and the people I have met would not have been possible with out the motorcycle. It’s NOT a competition! It’s about experiencing life!
Just bought my first motorcycle, a 09 KLR about a month ago and I’ve put just over 2000 miles on it since! Up and down the mountain, on and off road, near and far and I LOVE IT MORE EACH RIDE!!! I found some snow last weekend and laid it down a lot lol but it kept starting right back up asking for more. I’m so happy with my purchase and grateful for the help I’ve received from the tight-knit, respectful, and generally good-willed community on TH-cam and on the forums. Rock on KLR riders 🤘🏼
I just bought a KLR250 a few weeks ago, and being in MI, I'm still waiting for the snow to melt before I can begin my dual sport adventures! First bike ever for me. Great channel. Keep up the good videos!
Fantastic video!! For us guys with Uber kids and KLR's that got sold to purchase mini vans I can relive my KLR days one video at a time from your uploads. Thanks brother and keep em coming. Thanks for your wisdom and wit.
K Gillmore Hahahah oh man we just had to buy a Prius for the family car ;) One day you'll have another one in your garage, until then I hope the videos inspire! ;)
Thank you for sharing this video and your point of view. Riding motorcycles since I was 14 years old and am now 65 retired and still enjoying adventure riding. Living in southwestern Wyoming, I've always ridden dual purpose bikes, but Kawasaki has always been my favorite choice mainly as you point out that it is really all I've been able to afford. One of my sons and I have logged 5 annual long distance trips, and my 2008 KLR has never failed me on many roads in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Montana, Arizona, New Mexico and Idaho. The memories the KLR has given me will be carried and revered to my grave. I have friends with BMWs, KTMs, Triumphs and Ducati, which I am happy for and respect their rides, but like you, the KLR has a very special fit for me. Not sure how many more trips I've got in this lifetime, but it's good to know there is someone else out there that has exactly the same sentiment I have for the KLR.. In continued gratitude and hoping you have safe and fun travels in your future,
man i love this video! i'm 16 and the klr 650 is my first motorcycle I can ride on the road. great starter bike, and it has also hooked me on the enjoyment of adventure riding. This past summer i did the idaho Back country discovery route which was so fun, but everything you talked about being bad about the motorcycle can be fixed. we recently bored it out to a 705 and it literary doubles the hp, there is some good replacement shocks and to make the bike a little bit lighter you can put the desert tank on.
I bought my 2008 KLR brand new in May of 2008. It started burning oil at what I would call an unacceptable pace at about 15K miles in mid 2009 (yes I ride it a lot). I had the 685 kit, valves, springs & carb tune done on it at that point. What a difference! Anyway, in the last 5 years I have test rode a Versys, WeeStrom, Tiger 800, Tenere 1200 & even a KTM990. All those bikes were smoother, faster, way better on the road & competent off road. I almost bought the WeeStrom & the Tiger 800. BUT... I didn't because the KLR calls to me. Its so imperfect, its perfect for ME. Even with all the mods I have done (a lot) I still haven't spent half as much as I would have on one of the others (except the WeeStrom). I have been to Alaska, Nevada, Utah, Southern California, Wyoming & Montana on it. I have ridden thousands of miles off road on it. It's just the right motorcycle for me. I like it for what it is. A throwback to simple bikes that can do pretty much anything. I can drop it & just pick it back up without a worry. My skid plate is scarred with the good times she has brought me. Her crash bars are well used. Its the bike I would want when the Zombie apocalypse hits. It has 86,429 miles on it. So yeah, I love it! Farkle on!
Tim Schmidt You, sir, have nailed it! "It calls to me!" What an awesome, simple, and perfect statement. What more reason do we need for anything other than that? Very well put, sir :)
Love your message. Considering a KLR for myself and have been watching your videos the last few evenings. It's crazy, of all the bikes I've had, my wr250x is probably my favorite; lots of stories taking it places (albeit, slowly). Thanks for keeping the faith, keeping positive and giving me another outlet to dream. Cheers.
You rock Bro! thanks for all your awesome vids. I can't wait to get my KLR. Both my Dad and Uncle own one and they each have many other bikes and they love the KLR the most. My GF and I live full time in a RV an d can't wait to add the KLR to our adventurous lifestyle
Bike research has brought me to your channel. I love your reviews. Im kinda a noob to the adventure bike world. My first bike was a 09 Honda CRF 230L, It taut me a lot about riding, but it was slow, small and always had me wanting more. Im finally ready to buy a new bike and your videos have helped me narrow my decision down between the KLR650 and the DL650. More than likely it,s going to be the V-STROM. I like it for it,s power and comfort. After watching your KLR vs V-STROM video and seeing how well it did off road,im sold on the V-STROM. I want something that will make me confident on the interstate and on some light to medium off road. Thanks a lot for your videos. They have been the best resource for my decision making.
I absolutely lovedvthis perspective. This guy has got life figured out. Wish I knew him personally. I started adventure riding on s Honda 750. You learn to adapt to what you got and focus on the adventure.
I already decided to get one but now im seriously getting one. Your video was inspiring, I think my friend and I ill both get one and adventure the open world. Keep doing what youre doing.
really good video, mate... what you say about not knowing good power and suspension and all that matters is the fun you had with mates. thats me all over... i am a cruiser rider..i ride 1300cc and above bikes. i bought a klr650 on a whim just to have as a side bike and i fell in love with the bike and the fun im having. i love the klr650 and i love the experiences it has given me, no matter what people think about it.
Your video is really inspiring to me. I am about to get a 2012 klr650 and i keep hearing how much of a pig they are and this and that. but i think you are right. under all of the scrutiny, i am just looking for something affordable and cool "enough" to get me on an epic adventure or 2. so thanks for your well put together video. It is much appreciated.
for us new to motorcycling the cam tensioners is also plagueing all bikes before 2006 on harley if you get any older bike that is aging do your homework and look what needs repaired way before it breaks thats the advantage of having an older bike
Awesome video. Great commentary. It is this kind of channel that make TH-cam great. I just bought my first Kawasaki ever. 2011 Klr650 w 15kmi. for 3k and still have 2 Hondas and a Harley. It is all about the riding. 👍
dude you rule! if i could subscribe twice to this channel i would! i've been riding sport bikes for almost 19 years now and my 2016 KLR isn't just my first ADV motorcycle, its also my very first brand new bike! i absolutely love it. at this point in my riding career i'm not looking to go fast, i just want to get there. to the places where sport bikes can't take me. i bought my bike less than 6 months ago and because of it i've seen places i've never even dreamed of seeing and gone places that i didn't even know existed! you're absolutely right, that can't be measured, that can't be assigned a dollar value. keep going with this channel man, great stuff! happy new year and safe riding. (don't tell anyone, but i'm still scared shitless when my tires hit the dirt! LOLOL... gonna take me a while to transition but i say that with a huge smile on my face)
Great work on the vid, sir. It was a toss up for me whether I would go for a 2011 V-strom or the KLR (which I love). The tipping point was ABS. It made my wide happier for me to have that safety feature. I still admire them when I see them, and I think biases about bikes are really really dumb.
I just bought a 2012 KLR650 number 6, I also own a 09 BMW R1200GSA #3 and love them both. From Mexico to Alaska in comfort I take the BMW, for cheap, keep me out on the road, fix it cheap anywhere I love the KLR. I agree with eveRide ADV, I don't care what you ride, just get out there and stay there, enjoy.
Yep just bought 2015 KLR650, obviously not your Grampaws KLR, so many suspension upgrades, no mods required. Just bag, crash bars, skid plate and hand guards now Baja ready.
Amen brother! You just summed up the whole KLR thing in one awesome video. You have produced some great videos in the past, but I think your recent stuff is on a whole different level. Dare I say Accidental Broadcast-esque. Keep up the good work, and long live the mighty milk crate clad adventure steed.
I bought mine for $1500. Came with a second motor in a crate, thermo bob 2 and doohickey done. Lexx exhaust, led lights, carb jet kit, k&n air filter and a bunch of other crap. No other bike will you get all of that for so cheap. I saved so much, my family was able to go on vacation still.
excellent vid,, inspirational words. I will be picking up my first dual sport today (1989 klr650 11k mi.) So of course it is raining and 45 degrees. WooHoo, can't wait
I thought about buying a really good all around bike at first. (I don't have $18,000 for a 1200GS) so instead I now have 2 bikes. A highly modified XR650L and a adventured out V- storm. XR is perfect for day trips, threw whatever is in its path. V storm is my real adventure bike, longest trip so far is 2,500 miles 1 week. And I am saving up to go from Key west Florida to the tip of Alaska.
I would like this vid 100 times if allowed, and I ride a DRZ! This vid is the essence of cool, level headed, no frills, no bling straight up -good 'ole Biker attitude. I love the message, and it couldn't have been delivered in a better medium than this. Bullseye!
In my younger days i rode some enduro races. Ktm, Husky, were the bikes of that day. I always had to work on them to ride. Perhaps because i rode a lot harder. However, at 68 I ride what i don't have to work on. 2001 klr with 4500 miles is the ticket. It does some things not so well, but it will do it all. Its great for us XXL guys too. Thanks.
As I tell my MX bike riding buddies.. and my Street Bike buddies.. and my Cruiser buddies. "Is it the best bike in the world? NO! But it is the best bike for getting me all over the world!!". Plus.. I LOVE to customize my vehicles... and the KLR lets(makes) me do that, and fairly cheap. Because yes.. I am a KLR owner (soon to be more than one) and a cheap skate. hahha
Late to the party, but I love my KLR. I'm on my second (new '23). I've owned Harleys, Ducati, Moto Guzzis, Triumph, three V-Stroms (including my now 1050XT Adventure). I have to say the KLR, like you've presented, is one of the most satisfying rides.
Recently at a bike shop there to purchase a new 1000c inline four sportbike I saw a new 2018 KLR. A few years before I sold my 2013 KLR and while looking at the 2018 KLR my senses kicked in. Well I purchased the new KLR. That says alot about the versatility and value of this motorcycle. And it's so comfortable.
My KLR has taken me many a far off places as well as short adventures around home, I don't love it nor do I hate it but for what I ride, It's a good fit!
my klrc had 10kkm on it when i bought it,and 17kkm by now,may-nov,its not much, but ive had almoust no time to ride it...its stock allround, exept blinkers and exhoust pipe, going to put windsheald on,16z sprocket, oil change and its ready for the next summer))
Spot on my friend. Why we ride. My Kawasaki Versys X300 is not the best on paper either but I sure do have more fun taking her out on adventures than I do with my big powerful street bike.
NICE! Great Video! I love your points; you are dead on bro. I've never owned one but that's only because I have two bikes that meet the same criteria as one KLR.
Having a dedicated passion for YOUR motorcycle is kind of a necessity in what we deal with as riders. The good, the bad, the ugly gets us through the rain, no a/c, bone chilling cold and drivers that seem to want test your attentiveness. Perfect or not, you take care of what you love and it usually takes care of you back. I don't have any experience with the KLR but I've heard plenty of negatives about them, but there seems to be a huge following and there has to be something to that. Way to stick to your guns.
fireballmalone1 Man I read you there, too! Sometimes I don't understand the loyalty or the following for the KLR, as I've ridden far better bikes that can be had at a similar price... but I just wouldn't want to take those bikes on a long adventure like I would trust the KLR for. I think Kawasaki puts some kind of addictive chemical on the hand grips or something ;)
Exactly! great review. I had about $2,500 to spend. And I'm looking at a 2008 KLR 650 model, or a 2004 BMW R1150RT Boxer Twin engine. neither bike produces ground breaking HP numbers. But they are both great, and relatively affordable!
Can you put you a link in the description for the coast adventure video? I am having trouble finding it and I can't press the on screen link. Love your videos!
I'm looking to get my first dualsport. I can afford a new WR250R and I really love what I have read but there and PLENTY of used KLRs around here in SE South Dakota.. My plan is to ride and chart some of these dirt river roads along the Missouri and some Black Hills forest roads. Any advice??
just got a klr so time will tell.....but I can say so far I really like it. I got rid of my dr650 because I could just not make it comfortable even with a good seat and handle bar risers, the klr is way more comfy the the dr ever was.
You took the words right out of my mouth. The only bikers I stop talking to are the ones that talk down to other brands except for the one they ride, because they are missing the point entirely of why we ride. Thank you, for the awesome post.👍
Nice to see that the commentator has such a positive and logical approach to the KLX...keep riding, keep safe and keep talking your life on the KLX Have fun...enjoy !!!👍👍👍👍👏👏
The KLR Is a great machine! my roommate had one, I rode it. It's awesome. A buddy has a Gen 2 and I still love that! I wish i got one over my vstrom at times.
***** Man both are great bikes for sure! One of these days I want to try out a Vstrom and see what all the fuss is about. Strom owners seem to LOVE them!
Just bought a 94 KLR 650 with 7,000 miles for $900. It's actually in good shape! Five hours in the garage getting things basically back to snuff and I'm hitting the trails tomorrow- for the price of a KTM fender.

stumper92 very true!
I want to be a klr owner 😪
The KLR-650 is the AK-47 of Motorcycles.
George Hill That's a very good analogy!
Thumbs up! Great Analogy
this need more likes
Yes!
How many water cooled AK-47's have you fired?
THis is literally, the best review of a motorcycle i've ever seen. Not based in CCs or torque, but in the real experiences, which are what we were looking for in the first place.

Every now and then I have to revisit the video that got me back into riding 8 years ago. Thanks Tyler. The KLR still rocks.
Love this review. Im a Muscle Car guy and this is true for us too. People concentrate too much on numbers and too little on the experience.

Tristan Koepfli An excellent choice for sure! I hear those 2014s are fantastic!
Well said. My friend and I are currently on a trip from Alaska to Argentina on two 09 KLRs. Sometimes we hate them, but most times we love them!
Ak 47 of bikes and i love both, whatever anyone says i will always pick it

It has been discontinued, thank you very much

Hay Tyler, still one of my favourite videos of yours! All the best......
Well said. Looking to buy my first dual sport and the KLR keeps working its way to the top of the list.
Cheers.
This is absolutely brilliant! You sir, have an amazing outlook on life :)
This is the video that probably hooked me into your channel. It also pushed me to purchase my dualsport. Thanks!
You rock Bro! thanks for all your awesome vids. I can't wait to get my KLR. Both my Dad and Uncle own one and they each have many other bikes and they love the KLR the most. My GF and I live full time in a RV an d can't wait to add the KLR to our adventurous lifestyle
THANK YOU..... I agree with you 100%... it's all about the ride not WHAT you ride, it's about having fun and loving the ride you have. RESPECT
Still trucking my 08. Love the adventures that I’ve had.
RaftGuidePhil So glad to help! I think you're making a great buy with the Strom... those bikes really are fantastic!
great video showing appreciation of the machine... wish all owners viewed their bikes the same! ...gotta feel grateful and happy with what you got!
Ive got no complaints, my KLR still runs fine. one of the best bikes ive owned. I will vouch the 1 gen KLR don't use oil at all unless it was abused.
Terrific video! Now, back to trying to solve my 2014 not-starting problem - hope it´s just the vacuum petcock to carb hose ...
Damn click bait title got me - and I enjoyed the entire ride
Here here! A worthy testament to my fav......WELL DONE! Have had only two KLR's in my life and have not been without one for over 26 years...
Great video! You always knock it out of the park and this ones no different! Great job
Freddy Castro Thanks for the kind words :) Hope to provide some more great content very soon :)
its starting to warm up in canada,i got the itch to ride my klr i needed a fix....thank you tyler..cheers to 2016
much love bro
You don't got snowmobiles for the winter months?
for us new to motorcycling the cam tensioners is also plagueing all bikes before 2006 on harley if you get any older bike that is aging do your homework and look what needs repaired way before it breaks thats the advantage of having an older bike
Great commentary! I'm not a KLR rider but do appreciate their utilitarian value and your thoughts are the same as mine on the subject.
Awesome video. Great commentary. It is this kind of channel that make TH-cam great.
I just bought my first Kawasaki ever. 2011 Klr650 w 15kmi. for 3k and still have 2 Hondas and a Harley. It is all about the riding. 👍
Beautiful ode to the KLR. I'm sold.
dude you rule! if i could subscribe twice to this channel i would! i've been riding sport bikes for almost 19 years now and my 2016 KLR isn't just my first ADV motorcycle, its also my very first brand new bike! i absolutely love it. at this point in my riding career i'm not looking to go fast, i just want to get there. to the places where sport bikes can't take me. i bought my bike less than 6 months ago and because of it i've seen places i've never even dreamed of seeing and gone places that i didn't even know existed! you're absolutely right, that can't be measured, that can't be assigned a dollar value. keep going with this channel man, great stuff! happy new year and safe riding.
I have a bias...for bikes that start every si gle time I want to. Ride! ...and that NEVER strand me!!
***** The milk crate.. I need to get one to "mod" the KLR! :D
Eric Fling That trip sounds AWESOME! Talk about coast to coast!
I would like this vid 100 times if allowed, and I ride a DRZ! This vid is the essence of cool, level headed, no frills, no bling straight up -good 'ole Biker attitude. I love the message, and it couldn't have been delivered in a better medium than this. Bullseye!
William MacPherson Ah man don't get me started on the DRZ though... I LOVE my DRZ, too! :D
William, are you a member of Thumpertalk? If not, check it out (.com)
Awesome forum and they have a dedicated DRZ section.
George
I am a KLR owner (soon to be more than one) and a cheap skate. hahha
Chris Jelen it's an accessible, fun motorcycle that can take a beating! That, to me, is priceless.
Just added another one all decked out to the stable for my wife. She has to graduate off the 250.. then its all hers.
Not only can the KLR take a beating, it looks better and the better the more it's beaten up!
Till it gets beaten up by a Minivan (like mine did)... but then it can always be rebuilt.
awesome vid eveRide. nailed it! I'm going to ride my KLR now!
I just bought a brand new 2015 klr650 today and I absolutely cannot wait to experience all the stuff that you've experienced on it.
Stealth Bobber YESSSSSSSS! You're going to love it!!!
Rob Farrow For the long adventures or short adventures, the KLR is a great all-around bike!
my klrc had 10kkm on it when i bought it,and 17kkm by now,may-nov,its not much, but ive had almoust no time to ride it...its stock allround, exept blinkers and exhoust pipe, going to put windsheald on,16z sprocket, oil change and its ready for the next summer))
So beautifully delivered. I almost teared up! KLR650 maybe not the best motorcycle out there, but to me, it's MY best!
Spot on my friend. Why we ride. My Kawasaki Versys X300 is not the best on paper either but I sure do have more fun taking her out on adventures than I do with my big powerful street bike.
i loved my 1986 honda xl600r bought it for 750euro's i spent 700 on new tyres a new chain and gears etc
Going to look at some klr's in about 2 hours at my local dealership. It's going to be my first bike. Ohhh man I cant wait.
congratulations that's aweaome!
NICE! Great Video! I love your points; you are dead on bro. I've never owned one but that's only because I have two bikes that meet the same criteria as one KLR.
Ride AMAP Yep! I really think any dual sport works for people... it's all about what you need to go ride where you're at!
I don't miss my KLR.. But I'm forever grateful for it because it got me riding dirt again... Run whatcha brung!!!! don't matter to me.
Z Shark Precisely! If it gets you out there enjoying life, it could be a Jazzy chair and I'd still advocate for it! ;)
Lol. MSG!
My first bike is a 1989 Yamaha XT350. under powered, bad suspension, terrible seat, but it showed me many miles! I'm buying a KLR soon!
2014 KLR 650
Yes....and I feel the same way about my Honda Transalp 600.
Peter M I would love to ride one of those someday!
just sold my 07 ninja 650 & buying my first KLR,Its a 2003 with every upgrade option on it,Very excited!!!!
these are very popular. it seems the older used ones prices are close to the newer used ones prices. i cant even find a broken down one to fix up.
Exactly! great review.
I feel the same about my XR650L! It may be far from the best in many ways, but its a great bike and many peoples favorite for other reasons.
Another great vid mate. Good point too. It should not be about the badge on the tank. Thanks for reminding everyone what it should really be about
regulardan For me it's making friends and memories... maybe it's about something else, but definitely not those fancy badges!
Great message
Purpose of being rider more important than brands and bash
What a bunch of beautiful well used words you used to describe this great bike !!! TY
I have an Honda Dominator 650 (NX for the USA) and i love it. Big, old, heavy, a bit underpower, but awesome!
Great video bud! It's not about the bike, it's about the experience and the great people you meet! It's all about living ;)
***** So very true! Although we love the bikes, we often forget that they're only vehicles to enjoy life more fully :)
just got a klr so time will tell.....but I can say so far I really like it. I got rid of my dr650 because I could just not make it comfortable even with a good seat and handle bar risers, the klr is way more comfy the the dr ever was.
Nice vid! I bought a new one back in 2006 and I love it.
Great video I had fun watching cant imagine the fun riding the KLR. Ride safe
Watching this video now owning a KLR really means something special.
You took the words right out of my mouth.
The only bikers I stop talking to are the ones that talk down to other brands except for the one they ride, because they are missing the point entirely of why we ride.
Thank you, for the awesome post.👍
Great video. I own a KLR 650 and will watch all of your videos. Great work sir.
You hit the nail on the head! I love my gen 1 KLR!
Nice to see that the commentator has such a positive and logical approach to the KLX...keep riding, keep safe and keep talking your life on the KLX
Have fun...enjoy !!!👍👍👍👍👏👏
The KLR Is a great machine! my roommate had one, I rode it. It's awesome. A buddy has a Gen 2 and I still love that! I wish i got one over my vstrom at times.
***** Man both are great bikes for sure! One of these days I want to try out a Vstrom and see what all the fuss is about. Strom owners seem to LOVE them!
love your chanel it has inspired me to take up riding keep it up everide
Hi Hunter!!!!!
