Annie, I am seriously affected by your working condition. Please sister offer your workers water boots, pvc gloves, overalls and masks. Instead of enjoying your motivation video I am looking at your workers how they are dressed and working directly with materials. Sad man. In summary I love your video

I dont measure my materials that way,i dont use a weighing scale ,i may not help now,have to try it first
