Brittle (I call it the Big Slap) also refreshes if you last hit with it too. It’s mostly good for quickly pushing lanes but it’s a pretty big boon if you can manage to kill with brittle then get a slap>W>slap combo in a team fight. Hi Pekin, even though I haven't finished the video I think I can give you a few tips, it could also be helpful for someone else. First the passive : Building items in lane is very important, even if it's just a cloth armor it gives you such a big advantage in lane. It can also be used not to wait in the foutain for some gold. Just regene and buy in lane. The Q : You can use it as a way to get people away from an area threatening them from using your e. The slow is quite important to be able to w an then proc the brittle. The W : It's actually the last tick of damage that applies the brittle. The Brittle deals 10 to 18 % (lvl) max hp magic damage but it also make any cc 30% longer, including your allies ccs. The W also makes you unstoppable which protects you from knock ups. It also "cleanses" drowsy. For the rooting abilities, it will let you finish your W (which make u walk forward) and then root you for the remaining time of the cc. The E : Very useful to get out of ganks because once animation started it will go off even if you get stunned. The R : Hitting the first part is actually very important because it applies brittle which can be proc'ed by the second cast and it slow people by 70 percent. It's very strong in team fights or for a gank. I usually won't use it in a 1v1 unless I can do the triple brittle combo. It will explain it later. Runes : Grasp into most melee Spellbook into most ranged Phaserush into melee that are very dangerous at close ranged. (Darius, olaf, etc.) If you want specific runes in any matchup Makkro made a google doc, you can find it in the description of any of his vids. Abilities maxing : W > E > Q 95 % of the time. Put 3 points into q against scary close range champions and then W > E > Q If you play phaserush just q > w > e on repeat, hitting all three abilities is very important because if you don't you are gonna need to aa to get phaserush and may not be able to get out quickly enough. The triple brittle combo is the main ornn combo, it deals 60-70% of your opponent health bar. So it's Q > R1 > E > aa > R2 > aa > W > aa. In the beginning you can skip the first aa to get used to the combo. You've gotta hit the q or they may get out of your e and ruin your combo. 95% of the time you wanna hit your pillar with E. General ornn tip : Ornn is really good at team fighting so help your jungler and don't split push. Be the tank and peel your carries. As someone else said, it would be nice if you could play a game with Makkro. Hopes this help, and sorry for my shitty English, i'm French. And finally thank you so much Pekin for teaching me how to play play the game properly !

For what it's worth, the likelyhood of someone walking back into it just for the last tick when they didn't already get hit by the rest of it is pretty slim.

Thanks for showing your damage taken and damage mitigation when playing a tank! Also, I would suggest Kindred mid. They are fun and if you can get to 4 stacks fast with help from your jungler it just feels so strong.
referring to kindred as they is technically correct but it really feels like you just are playing as lamb. It would be neat if there was a way to have wolf more involved than just 2 abilities
Hey Pekin, I thought about what might sway the algorithm your way, and the champion I settled on being good is sion mid. It would be hard, but with the ability to do a lot in a game would hopefully draw people in. Hopefully something works, I hate knowing you're struggling man, you're an amazing creator

I personally don't play league that ofter, but I like how combative you have to think in this game. strategic and self improvement. so I like the content from every game that you also learned something or have some strategic thoughts because that's the funnest way to play the game. And this video was super cool for that as well :) Maybe give it a shot to publish more of your lost games where you don't nessecary win but learned with the scariest things I encountered in league... Lvl 1-8 and then loose a pathetic mid game mentally broken over the already failed game xD so I like also watching your failed games and learning over and over the basic of the kid of the champ, the itemisation, and the strategic thought how to play the game. even if its like 15 minutes :D Keep it up I love the content, hope the best Frencis Goss

Also Pekin, Ornn W doesn't need a certain amount to hit to apply Brittle, it's just the last puff that needs to hit. You'll see that it's different from the rest of the W

I'm an adc main but when I found your channel years ago, I played mid on a new account and was able to get to gold on it (nothing crazy I know) applying what I learned from you. I've been thinking about learning Dota but I can not find anyone that does informative gameplay commentary. Watching high elo people play doesn't really help me learn the "why" and "how" of the game. Just thought it would be cool if there was a Dota Pekin

The Brittle from W isn't actually the full duration, it's only the last tick So even if they weren't in it the full time, if they go in slightly too early, they can still get brittled

I played against Ornn mid. Killed him solo multiple times, but then he was level 6.... Everytime his Ult was up his jungler would come by, and they would get a free kill on me. No matter how far back I played. Even under tower. I think that's the strength of engage tanks mid. (Ornn, Nautilus, Jarvan). Just use the point and click CC Ult together with the jungler.
You’ve gotta play Warwick mid. That or Kled mid. Both are strong snowball picks and just super fun, and I’d be curious how you would play them since they’re not exactly your playstyle.
