I'm from PA and when I was in the county back in 2012-13 I seen people come in and get jail time for half burnt joints, not even half grams of weed, pill residue in bills. Even the last time I went to county out here back in 2017 I got sentenced to 6-12 months for empty bags of dope.

My daughter lives in Dale Homes Portsmouth. Them 🥷 young and out there like 16 yrs old , and YES they ain't afraid to up the pipe . But this shhht it ain't any different than any other projects ran by young girls and boys . My grandson at 5, got his ear grazed in broud daylight by bullet in Dale Homes Projects. My daughter's car window gets shot out about every 3 months, no exaggeration. We fixed her window and car 4 times from bullet holes. In order to stop it you gotta have people willing to give their time up to teach. BUILD a community center each neighborhood. In this community center on certain days have classes on real life obstacles like how to make money legally how to build credit buy a car do taxes. Etc another day would be a skill day where all the kids come and learn a skill because in school they don’t teach no kids how to use their hands no more so we’ll have skill teachers like plumbing drawing electricians day trading learning construction. Then on top of that you gotta be consistent n keep reinforcing the community n pressuring them to come. You gotta connect with them because slot of the kids don’t wanna be in this life they have to in order to survive. I bet you if you ask a 15 year old what they wanted to be when they grow up they’ll tell you sum surprising shit.
