He needs to have a trick tip on how to achieve such godly pop
Squats and any other leg workout will improve your leg strength.
You don't need to workout your legs to get good pop at all, you need to practice your Ollies in general. For skateboarding the only "work outs" we need are the ones where we work on our tricks. Only if you're extremely out of shape do you need to work out for skateboarding. I've never actually worked out my legs for skateboarding and I still can ollie over 5 boards stacked on the side. I can easily jump over 7 without a board.
platypus536 Technically you skateboarding is the exercise that enables a person to jump high. You can work your legs all you want, but you're not gonna be doing Aldrin Garcia ollies without knowing proper technique.

OMG I wish I saw this video sooner. That last tip of practicing with a no comply to get the motion down helped me a bunch. Thanks so much.
Yeah, it happens to me sometimes too but I think it's all about the muscle memory. If you're practicing everyday and can get them high you should be fine. The only time I can't pop too high is when I'm tired at the end of the day. Also just a tip are you leveling your board at the highest point? That's sometimes an issue if you try to level too early.
Try to ollie gaps and stairs. If you're ollie doesn't get better then there's no hope for you and sadly you have to stop skating. Sorry :(

i think one of the main things to learning fs flips is to wait to kick flip with your front foot, keep it under your for a sec then flick.this guy does them perfectly
Had my nollie heels already but your tips made me do them better got em up a euro steps and cheese wedges now want to take em down stairs, pretty scary down stairs I keep popping to late and risk credit carding stuck one off a small loading dock but fell off let ya know when I get one
one thing i relized while whatching people frontside flip is that they never flick the noes so i tried flicking off the side of the board and it helped me get the full rotation on this trick

Can someone help me out eveytime I try this trick the board doest do a full 180! it just flips 90 or i cant even get the board to flip! i try to use more of my shoulders and i land 180 but my board doesnt
