    9:04 its not a timestamp but the account number, right?

      Hi Krzysztof, the web ACL names include the web ACL creation timestamp in UTC milliseconds.       @@awssupport yup the doc explains it, but on the video UTC is in 2009 and the number is almost identical to the account #. Thanks for the link.

      There's a very slim chance that the timestamp could be same (except last digit) of the account Id
