His videos are the best,but very unhealthy, I fear he may have severe health consequences at young age like 30s or 40s. My mom was a health doctor for years she knows all about this stuff. I care about bonggil deeply, I don't wanna see him get really sick in the future,cause the effects of eating like this takes years to notice. Eating a small dessert every one or two days after one of your meals is ok,but this is beyond extreme🥺
